1) supreme court chief justice
2) Two seniormost judges of supreme court
3) Union Law minister
4) Two eminent persons with deep knowledge in law. They are nominated by a committe consisting of Chief justice of India, Prime minister and opposition leader.
What is wrong in this committee.
Only with majority support of this committee members, a judge can be appointed
