He is a awesome drummer, he's create the major part of the percussion of The King of Limbs and this fact is great because is very impressive and complex his work.
Fun fact: I once played with Robert Plant.

@@LK-428 nah, i agree, although bloom comes close and lotus flower is pretty amazing as a "pop" song. feral has such fucking energy and it's one of the only radiohead songs where i can truly say it's unlike anything i've ever heard in my life
at 2:01, the song turns into one of the sleekest but unhinged Radiohead songs at the same time somehow. Proves you don't need Yorke's accentuated vocals/lyrics to make a pumpin' track.
I can't believe it's taken me 8 years to notice that phil hits himself in the face with his drum stick at 1:40 . Truly, TKoL From the Basement is the gift that keeps on giving!

I realized this recently too. I normally only listen to the audio of this performance, so this whole time I thought he was doing some tricky syncopated drum-fill lmao
It does fit though, and makes up for a distiction if you ask me! Just like that mistake on the beginning of "Roxanne" by the Police

I love this version of Feral the most. It's much more intense compared to the studio version.

@@sunvinn Yeah, and I love every song, but Feral does something for me that no other songs on the album do. To put it into perspective, #2 on the album for me is Separator, and #3 is Codex.

I thought i was the only who noticed and you can also hear him missing the high hat that one time. Grounds you back to realise that Phil is still a human, and not a robotic drumming machine after all.
