Very well articulated and interesting discussion... Just a light on it for the viewers, there's was subject we had during my time in IIM Raipur called "Negotiation" itself. We were taught of several framework/tactic with acronym like "BATNA" And so much more... Being a naga and also been privileged and blessed to have graduated from one of the top B schools, feels really proud that such dignified people have started to visit us, which were long ignored for long.. Wishing more and more Nagas join such Institute and explore the less explored path by most nagas...Finally, kudos to the podcaster for doing this... Cheers 🍻

Mahatma Gandhi aptly remarked, “You Christians look after a document containing enough dynamite to blow all civilization to pieces, turn the world upside down, and bring peace to a battle-torn planet. But you treat it as though it is nothing more than a piece of literature.” This powerful statement challenges us to recognise the transformative potential of Scripture. Let us not treat the Bible as mere literature, but as the profound, life-changing truth it represents-capable of bringing hope, healing, and redemption to our lives and the world around us. We must engage with it deeply, allowing its teachings to reshape our hearts and actions, and truly embody its message of love and justice in our daily lives.

Teaching the Naga people how to think is a good idea. The statement that prince Arjun married a naga princess called Ulupi is interesting. I have come across such statement by other Indian academics. It seems to me this is another way of negotiating that the Naga people were essentially an integral part of other Indians. The word 'naga' is also known as a 'snake'. The Nagas were once upon a time believed in animism but there were no such thing as snake princess. If, however, such a statement has some credibility, what Naga dialect did princess Ulupi speak?

      - **Naga Princesses**: Chitrangada and Ulupi are from the Mahabharata, not directly linked to modern Nagaland.
      - **Chitrangada**: Daughter of the king of Manipur; married Arjuna after he defeated her father.
      - **Ulupi**: Daughter of the Naga king Kauravya; marries Arjuna after he falls into her river, aids him during his challenges.
      - **Cultural Context**: "Naga" refers to a mythological and symbolic lineage in ancient Indian texts, distinct from the modern tribes of Nagaland.

The Naga were semi-divine serpent beings in Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain mythology. They were often depicted as powerful, wise, and protective, capable of assuming human or serpent form. They were believe to be the guardians of treasures and protectors of the underworld. In ancient India, it was common to worship the Naga especially in regions dependent on rivers and water sources.Because people believe they were linked to the cycles of rain, fertility, and agriculture.
The term "Naga(Hill People)," as used today, is an umbrella term introduced by the British during the colonial era to collectively refer to the various tribes inhabiting the hills of present-day Nagaland and surrounding areas.
I read a book titled "The Adam & Eve Story" by Chan Thomas, where the author suggests that the Naga were an advanced civilization that existed between 10,000 B.C. and 5,000 B.C., before the time of Noah's flood. According to the author, some members of this civilization survived the flood, and their descendants are believed to still live in parts of Northern India-possibly in the Uttarakhand region or somewhere in the Himalayas. The book also claims that Jesus Christ traveled to India at the age of 15 and gained knowledge and wisdom from the ancient Naga tribe. He is said to have stayed in India for 10-15 years, studying at the Naccal Temple, a center of knowledge associated with the Naga. After completing his education, he returned to his homeland and began spreading the teachings of the Naga, which ultimately led to his crucifixion.
While it is commonly believed that the Jews were responsible for his crucifixion, but it was actually carried out by the Romans due to political motives rather than religious conflict.
The book is all about cataclysms and the end of the world, backed by real evidence. Some of the content of this book are considered controversial.
Hey, if you're curious to read it, feel free to email me, and I'll send you the PDF. You won’t find it in bookstores or online because its publication was banned by the CIA during the early Cold War. It was later declassified in 2013, but the declassified version contains only 57 pages, whereas the original book had 243 pages. Any version you find online will only include about half of the original content.

I respect Mr. Raj for his universal perspective, but as Nagas, we must dive deeper- our foundation lies in the Bible, which provides a complete roadmap for living-values, morality, decision making, negiogation, principles & ethics that govern both our personal lives and society. The model of hard work illustrated by ants teaches us about professionalism, career growth, and investment. Listening to our conscience means heeding the Holy Spirit, our guide, to discern right from wrong and to live ethically.....
