honestly stopping watching short form content has been one of the best decisions i've recently made because it's a total waste of time, you're not gonna remember 5 videos of the 300 you just spent the last 2 hours scrolling through, its better to watch a show/movie/youtube video or play a game if you're gonna spend time with entertainment, i used to spend 3-4 hours daily on instagram and it was just depressing
IM SO HAPPY THAT I DIDNT BECOME FARELY ADICTED WITH SCROLLING THROUGH REELS EARLIER😅😅ive known alot of people who started having that i wont call it a problem lol cant think of a word😂😂Im still not overly adicted it was mostly during summer break know i lowkey occassionaly do but not as much🙃lowkeyy amm so glad.. >_
I honestly believe the world was better without social media and smart phones because many of the problems seem to go hand in hand with them. The great thing about the internet is that you can turn off your device and all of it practically disappears. Though i guess if your job or interests require internet its not as easy but i atleast dont need it for either directly so i can just ignore all that :D But honestly it would propably do good for anyone to sometimes just do nothing and lay on the couch or something and wait until its late enough to go to bed, Like just slow down in general in life.
not to mention freebooting. people robbing your hard work without crediting you and getting more views than you could ever dream of. because the algorithm doesn't care who told the joke 1st, what matters is who told the joke the loudest.
