That's interesting. I've seen this song from Queen official reacted to several times. Your fireworks do the job though! Normally Queen official does not block.....
I was a bit annoyed by it in your most recent video, but funnily enough not in this one because it actually fit the tone of the song and the brightness and visuals were not so dark that it completely blocked it out. Great reaction. This song always gives me fucking chills man. CHILLS.
I was at a Queen concert in Montreal, in Nov 1981. It was my 24th birthday gift to myself. One of the best memories of my life. Freddie also passed on my birthday 10 years later. Ever since I light a candle and play this song. It was actually written for the original movie Highlander with Christopher Lambert and Sean Connery. Pretty good movie, these vocals, and lyrics are a beautiful part of it, to be sure.
The real feels punch is right at the end, when she asks him why he stayed and went through the torment of helplessly watching her wither and die. His answer is simply "I love you." Every moment he spent with her was, in his mind, worth the pain.

Be careful, Liite! You've just stepped into a musical world that is unlike any other group. Queen was, in their heyday, a group that was constantly evolving their music. The more you learn about them, the more you will grow to appreciate the absolute musical genius that was Queen. And if you want more of Freddie, he released two solo projects; "Mr. Bad Guy" , a terrific album, and "Barcelona," a duet album with opera diva Monserrat Caballe, which is simply phenomenal!
I'm so happy to read your post. Be careful is 100% right because Queen draws you in and then no other band grabs you like them! And Barcelona!! Omgosh, Heavenly. I've watched it 50 times and Still get chills. Great post. Thanks!
This song is written by Brian May who sings the opening also plays the synth then switches to his guitar. John is on upright bass and Roger on percussion. Freddie is so powerful on the vocals and Brian is smooth as silk. This song was written for the movie Highlander for which Queen wrote and performed the soundtrack. I always think this song ends too quickly, too. What an incredible band Queen is, every bit of this video is perfection. Thank you for your reaction.
Later versions of the cd release of "Kind of Magic" included a gorgeous instrumental version of this song titled "Forever". It was not included on the original release of the album or cd. Highly recommended if you can find it.
Another One Bites The Dust was my intro to Queen. A co-worker would sing the chorus every time she lost an account. The insurance industry was in a down cycle at the time, so I heard it alot.

Fun fact about this music video. Roger Taylor (the drummer) was so drunk during the filming of this music video that it took them many times to film it because he couldn’t hit the drums on time 😂. Great reaction!
White Queen live at Hammersmith 1975 is a stunning performance with a long and extremely emotional guitar solo. Highly recommend, it's also a very popular one with queen fans too
Since listening to studio versions is something you like to do first, you should listen to, You Take My Breath Away and also the live version at Hyde Park.

The one who has the silky smooth voice at the beginning is the guitarist Brian May, incredible how he can be such a genius with his instrument and also have such a great voice.

Freddy Mercury performed this at Wembley, after being diagnosed as HIV+. It was written and performed initially, around when he was getting tested and unsure of why he was becoming ill. That takes a level of passion and skill that still blows my mind.

An absolute must listen is The Show Must Go On. When you consider that Freddie was gravely ill when it was recorded, it makes his vocals even more mind blowing! Also try Innuendo (better than Bo Rap in my opinion!) And my personal favorite, I Want It All
Another masterpiece from Queen started with the silky voice of Brian May before the power of Freddie came in. It does not normally end as abruptly as that did.
Thanks, Lite - don't know where all that wacky "fireworks" came from (??-wtf??) -- and yes, Brian started singing on the original version - (he is my love -- lol) - but when Freddie comes in, you can just tell the difference... a great song - written by Brian and featured in the original "Highlander" movie... along with a few other Queen songs...
This is quite possibly my favorite of all Queen songs. It's so well written and performed, both this version and any live versions are as good if not better. As always, your reactions are priceless 😁
Every single track from the last album Queen ever recorded with Freddie is GOLD. Check out virtually any track from their "Innuendo" album and you will not be able to deny the genius of Brian's guitar and Freddie's voice.

In the movie Highlander, this is the song that plays when the Highlanders wife grows old and dies, while he, being immortal doesn't age at all....
The amazing part of this is the fact that Brian May wrote this in back of his car after seeing the scene where his wife dies.
The real feels punch is right at the end, when she asks him why he stayed and went through the torment of helplessly watching her wither and die.

This song.. its so beautiful, and one of the only songs that nearly brings me to tears.
my suggestion is "show must go on " it has such a sad backround story

Just love watching your videos with Queen and loving your reaction may I say with a fantastic smile thank u 😊
Love this song and love your reactions. Queens music was deep and they really came to the table with their big guns. Just incredible talent among the whole band. Love seeing young people like yourself become fans and appreciate the artistry these guys had. God bless you
My brother's all time favourite band, my sister in law had this song played at his funeral service.
Love of my Life!! Best love song ever!
Another amazing song from Queen. No surprise.
wow! beautiful sweet Freddie!!!
An absolute must listen is The Show Must Go On. When you consider that Freddie was gravely ill when it was recorded, it makes his vocals even more mind blowing! Also try Innuendo (better than Bo Rap in my opinion!) And my personal favorite, I Want It All
This is the song that literally helped me through my mums death, she saw queen live. It’s an extra special, and my favourite queen song!
only seen two of your videos...yet....you are so original and honest...a true person...great videos my bro..
Another masterpiece from Queen started with the silky voice of Brian May before the power of Freddie came in. It does not normally end as abruptly as that did.
Yeah that felt super short.
You have to watch their live aid concert, out of all the bands at the concert, we only remember THAT performance.
My favourite Queen song of all time, played at my brothers funeral, will be played at mine too.
Damn when he the live aid I was three months old but Every time I hear this song it gives me goosebumps I am one of the biggest queen vans I pretty much on everything possibly
You have a great, upbeat personality! Love your voice inflection and presentation.
It was an intense experience, that is why you felt that way. The man is a God. So sad he died so early.
He hits you right in the feels
You are so much fun. This song is a 10 ❤️❤️❤️❤️
This song is even better live! 😉
You take my breath away!
Love your reactions to great music
i love your reactions to hearing Queen, i can see the joy in your eyes.
Loving your queen videos. And the fact at how much respect and appreciation you give them. It’s nice to see over 35 years later people are finding their love of Freddie. Please do , breakthrough and radio gaga
It got cut off. That's why it seems so short. Please please listen to the live version the song is amazing
I think you'd like "White Queen " live from the Hammersmith Odeon
Innuendo! Amazing song! Amazing video!
