We are a sriracha family after all🌶. Mini stuffed bell peppers with a twist would be a great appetizer recipe to try. The traditional bulky stuffed peppers are somewhat boring now & are sometimes used as a complete meal. Awesome deviled egg recipe by the way🥓🥚💯
Dont struggle putting the mixture into the piping bag. Place the piping bag into a tall drinking glass and fold the top of the bag down the glass and then fill. it makes it so much easier!
Next time you fill a piping bag set the tip of it in a drinking glass to hold it upright for you then roll the top of the bag down once to keep the edge clean and doing this also holds it open for you :)

I've used blue cheese at times for my deviled egg filling..Try it~
When you have to do a piping bag solo get a tall cup and roll the end over the glass like a trash bag so you have the extra hand to work with.
