I’m unable to be physically present at this. I am 73 and severely disabled by constant pain and only able to watch and listen. The first song lifted me, reminded me I have the toughness to go on for the people I love. The second song reminded me of my grandmothers, especially my Chickasaw grandmother, my grandfathers, of the uncle who made peach ice from scratch because it was my favorite, of my father who taught me I could do anything a man could do, including to fight. The last few months have been hard and I finally feel peace of mind. I will be playing this again. Thank you.
White woman ! German - Swiss American ancestry! I love listening to these Native drummers and singers ! Powerful ! Thank you for making this video! 🇩🇪 🇨🇭 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🤗🤗🥰🤗🥰
It's awesome! I listen to it almost every night! I sent it to my friends in Europe, and they love it too! So nice those two ladies singing behind the mens' back! So supportive!
Still here 2 years later i have spread our culture and traditions with people in New York City. Long story short they now have a cultural class to teach you to speak Seneca and Onondaga.
This sense of togetherness and belonging that you must have to sing and drum this way! 😭😭😭 It’s like one Heart inside of several Humans. Like one Being. The connection to the Earth and Her Rythme and each other is beyond
I needed to hear this today, because this is just how I’m feeling. My native roots are from Durango and Sinaloa. I don’t know what the tribes are, just that they originated there.
Con todo y toda la sangre derramada de las diferentes tribus en América, con la que se mancharon las manos los ingleses, no pudieron erradicar las costumbres ni la existencia de ésta raza de hombres valientes.
