@@dn2ze but they are singing in cree.
gwapegan61 I am from Winnipeg, Mb and I am Cree as well
One of my native students shared this with me yesterday. This is not my music, but there is so much butt-kicking going on in this song, so much joy and determination, I love it. The international language. And I needed it yesterday. Thank you, gentlemen, and thanks, AW, for sharing it.
Butt kicking?
Oscar Tovar obviously a white a person. But they giving us respect ✊
@@OverSpark65 fuck-jah
@@LitoMyer It's a figure of speech describing something that is decisive, forceful, effective. And yes, Trevor Standing Soldier, I'm obviously a white person, about as white as they come. And yes, I respect great music and courageous people, whatever color and culture they might be.
Racists everywhere lol jk
As a Chicano from LA, this got me very emotional, went straight to my soul.
Me gustaría estar allí presente y vivir esa experiencia! Saludos desde Perú 🇵🇪
I'm brazilian and it's very beautiful to see how people can indetify themselves with these guys in the video, I'm not a brazilian native but I guess this is the feeling of empathy we need to have to change world's story and save peoples. We need to take care of our culture, of what makes a human, a human
I’m Colombian and I felt this in my soul. So beautiful! ❤️
Way back along time ago there was a powwow just down the street in an arena, I had such a peaceful sleep hearing those drums in the distance, like a heartbeat, music for the soul.
I'm a 30 years old brazilian man. My country is a huge mix of people from all over the world, so I have no idea of my origins. Still when I listen to this powows I feel at home, as if I have found my tribe. They make me feel stronger, less lonely and part of something much bigger than my own self.
God bless you guys for sharing this beautiful song!
May the Creator bless you in Jesus name i pray
Absolutely Beautiful to See The Cree Natives singing and Drumming. Hearing it made my spine tingle !!! Keep your Traditions and Language Alive !!!!
Am from the Dominican Republic, but this is something else. I have watch this video I don’t know home many times. If you don’t get motivated listening to this Uufff. I love it. Definably sharing it. Amazing! Am about to go to the Rez and make some friends lol amazing culture.
Great culture with great history with a great people respect and much of love from Arabia ♥️♥️
Evin Gold I absolutely would
My heart!!!!!! I held my breath I couldn’t believe what my eyes and ears just watched and heard ❤️🙏🏽
I am lying in hospital in New Zealand and I have to learn to walk again from my second spinal surgery.
Watching this has filled me with hope. I have no idea why I am so drawn to Native American culture I just know once I watch and hear I cry and then I am calm 🙏🏽
Thank you ❤️
Big respect and much love from Mexico. My heart dance with your drums pounding brothers.
I'd enjoy being in their presence whilst listening and learning their culture. As a New Zealand Native (Maori) myself, i'd like to learn a lot about Native Americans. They're such a beautiful culture❤️
Where are you from in New Zealand?
@@420BUMBARASCLOT I was born in Wanganui but I lived most of my life in Auckland :)
@@keitanathompson6830 wow thats so cool and those are beautiful areas. I have been to the One Love festival at Tauranga, great vibes. Do you have snapchat?
@@420BUMBARASCLOT No I don't have snapchat but yes i've been to One Love in Tauranga aswell, went there four times in a row! Awesome stuff tbh
Whenever I listen to this kind of music, I have chills, tears and completely screwed up.
Probably because God is trying to talk to you.
It is because you are attaching to mother earth again, to life again.. Tears because the feeling of freedom and the rawness of Gaia are overwhelming when you have pulled away for so long.
In 1975 I was a young missionary on Saddle Lake… man, I miss my Cree friends. These drums re-light a fire of pure love. I probably know some of youe parents! Keep that passion going!
Mission failed
@@christinajumbo3104 Christina, are you from Saddle Lake? I have so many amazing memories from there, and of God's love surrounding that Reserve. Special people, Steinhauers, Jacksons, Brertons and many more.

Iam a 50 year old white Christian Male and I can't explain how this stirs my soul it makes me want to be part of this I can't explain it I know I can't because it's not my culture I hope I have not offended anyone
You should go to a powwow one day! Anyone is welcomed. And it’s much more amazing hearing the drummers up close than a video screen
Chris Mcclure Powwows is the most amazing place to be💖 definitely go when there’s one around. You won’t regret it💖
Please go to a powwow sometime, summer powwow are the best! I feel so energized when i hear drummers and watch the dancers,,, Many natives set up booths and sell amazing food, sometimes their own creations like beaded medallions😁
Was cool until you said "I hope I have not offended anyone" which makes you sound like a weak beta male who apologies all the time
Wes b no iam not a beta Male but certain people of color in this country say iam racist because I have white privilege so do I feel a little itemadated when i speak on this yes sir I am when In actuality I would love to learn the true native American culture but how do I differentiate between people who would be interested In showing that from people who think just because iam white iam a racist
Holy smokes!!!😱😱 This is totally amazing!! I lov their cultures & the gentleman in the middle is wearing the Real Founding Fathers T-Shirt, I can name all of 'em! From the left to right you have Red Cloud, Geronimo, Sitting Bull & Chief Joseph! 😎
But oh my gosh, what a performance!

Y'all are Native, too. Chi pisa la chike.
Yes as Robert said brother, we are also native American but alot of people aren't ready for that conversation
@@markyahuaca4777 so much truth in your words, not many are ready to break their indoctrination. many have had their spirit taken away and prevented from realizing the great history from which they come from and the lies told to the masses to keep them down and prevent the realization of their true and pure essence🤙🏽🤜🏽🤛🏾🙏🏽
You’re indígena too! ❤️
The word Mexican itself is a Native word...much love to all Natives!
That brought tears to my eyes. I've sung before at the drum, and I could feel the power coursing through my veins. I miss it, and I can't wait to see it, and do it, again. Huchaa!

So I have now watched this about 100 times in 24 hours and am now officially a huge fan of NC. This is the most powerful thing I’ve probably ever heard in my life next to an actual thunder and lightening storm.
