    The thing that fascinates me is that on either side in the display boxes, there are two massive snakes trying to investigate what is going on with all the buzz with the new animals. Just shows how aware they are in their surroundings. To be among such exotic creatures must be fascinating.

      I just feel that there’s a better way to do it. Instead of just leaving it outside in really hot weather and writing “sorry.”
      I’ve not seen the whole video yet, but it seems like the owner didn’t leave any backstory or information on the snake.
      They said in the video that they do take in animals, you just need to contact them. The fact that they didn’t even do that?…

There aren't many reptile hobby "daddies" still out there, and he's a unique one.💚 These types of NERD vids are my favorite though, when he successfully provides far better and more educated medical treatment to the clearly quite loved animals in his care than most vets could ever hope to provide in these situations. They take in animals and there are tons of reasons why they just can’t take care of them anymore. Finically, moving to a new area and family issues can have someone unable to take care of a ball python or any other reptile. The problem here was “how” they got rid of them. These guys are reasonable enough to understand if someone comes to them and gives the reptile to the guys personally knowing it will be taken care of. The original owner/dumbasses just dropped them off without making sure the animal was taken care of. If they didn’t notice the box and snakes on such a hot day, things could have gotten a lot worst.

    • @ryanpayne7707
      @ryanpayne7707 2 года назад +3

      @@shadowwriter329 TBF, don't most places refuse to let you adopt/buy another animal if you surrender it? My parents had to take a plott hound, whom the MDSPCA said was cat friendly, back after it tried to kill the cat. (Even the two cats that are okay with dogs ended up swatting at it and running away.) Apparently, this same dog had done this twice before, and the MDSPCA has a "three strike" policy: three failed adoptions and the animal is euthanized. (We didn't know this before we surrendered her back to them, granted, they knew she was not cat friendly.) As a result, my parent's are now barred from adopting through the MDSPCA. They got a Lahasa Apso/ Shiz Tzu mix from an online adoption agency, had him for five years until he passed away, and now have a chihuahua (also adopted from the same agency.) Neither of them ever went after the cats.
