How wonderful it is that:
A) There are people like Haggai in the world;
B) There are people like you who appreciate people like Haggai, and
C) That we get to learn about it.
Thank you...
Messed up my life pretty good when I was a young man, been clean around 7 years now and I am starting CDL school in the next week or so. Thanks for making these videos and for staying positive.
Prayers for your journey Jeremy
It doesn't matter your better for it God Bless 🙏.
Good for you brother!! Best wishes 👍🏻
Congrat's bro. You are not your past. Stay in the moment and keep looking forward.💪💪💪
Godspeed Jeremy! It ain't where ya been, but its where ya going! You've already done the hard work of laying the foundation of repairing your life. Now the fun begins!
i love the small shops that have family atmosphere, They did you right.
I got my CDL Class A learners permit and today enrolled in AAA CDL SCHOOL. I am looking forward to beginning this grand new adventure.
Blessings to you and your family.
Great Channel 👍🏻
I don't know how old that young man is there but he sure knows his stuff. That's really cool.
@Hello Danny how are you doing?
Less micron is better not more micron just so you know anything 10micron in size can go through your filter if your old one was 8 micron it would protect you down to 8 micron
Just watched the video and came here to say this!
These guys could teach Cummins Engine manufacturing a thing or three. Haggai is a godsend for the O/Os out there. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. I remember when you said that let you camp out for 6 days. Not all shop owners will do that, not even for FAMILY!🤣 Little by little, your K'Dub is becoming a masterpiece on wheels. LOVE the accessories. They're not garish but very appropriate. Justin, be sure to catch that nail in your driver steer axle tire!
The locomotives I work on the valve job is done the same way. It’s just a bit bigger. They also take just a bit more oil then a truck. We do a running check on the EMD’s with the covers open checking for oil flow and water leak. The ring your liner sits on I believe is the fire ring. Thanks for showing the journey.
Taking my class A test this weekend, you were one of the influences that got me into trucking. Love the videos!
just always remember, never let your aspirations surpass your capabilities.
@@philipdenner8504 thats a bad mindset
Nice to have an awesome shop like HAGGAI in your life for sure!!!! Glad you have them to keep you on the road and keep your truck running like a swiss watch!! See you back out on the road have a great day and I’ll see you tomorrow or later!!!!!! Merry Christmas to everyone at HAGGAI and a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!
What an awesome mechanic! ❤️ Thanks for sharing 😊
Just got overhead done on my cummins truck runs smoother and gain some power back!
This guy puts up positive and fun videos. I love this channel
A mechanic you have to pre-book is a good one, as they'll always have more work than hours to do it in.
Just a little tip for finding the good ones!
Haggai seems to be a really top shop.
BTW, for ultimate protection it is worth considering a centrifugal oil filter, as they actually centrifuge any contaminants out of the oil the same way a laboratory separates samples. Even better, you only need to clean them, not replace them!
Another worthwhile add-on is a pressure accumulator, which puts oil pressure around the engine before you start it, then refills slowly as the engine is running. A solenoid valve cuts it off when you shut it off, keeping the pressure in the accumulator and opens again when you go to pre-heat position on the ignition key, pre-pressurising the oil system.
I agree, those new lights are AWESOME. Stay safe.
You are great person, that is why all these great people and to things come your way!!! 💯💯💯Your support is real!
Some stuff on the truck that we don’t really need but it looks cool 😎 😂. They all seem like great people Justin. Long drive from Western Colorado in a day cab but I’ll throw their name to my OTR friends.
That girl at the shop really knows her stuff, daaaamn
Great video very entertaining reminds me of when i worked on trucks over 50 years ago. I then went on to drive them for 45 years in the uk and Europe. I particularly like how you take the family with you to Florida for hols ,We went to Disney with the kids Magic.Until Covid-19 my wife and I went to Venice Florida most years, good times, hope to be back soon.Laters
This is awesome Wayne 🙏🏽
Valve spacing very helpful information. Love the channel and thank you man for what you do. 👍😎
Justin we have a new 2.8 million square foot Amazon fulfillment center coming to Daytona Beach. It will be just off of I-95 just South of the race track and airport. Right across from the dog track I mean poker room. Will create 1000 jobs when fully operational in about 2 years. That Allison at Haggai just knows all of the tricks. Amazing.
@Hello Danny how are you doing?
The KW is looking great. Drive safely my friend. God bless you 🙏.
Thanks Justin. Looking in to buying my 1st truck. Those guys at Haggai have a new customer. Thanks for the info that you put out. Be safe driver...
Lotte man is so adorable you are bless with amazing family .
The truck is looking great. Be safe and god bless
Very informative Justin and I don't even own/ drive a truck. Keep on keeping on buddy.
you're really humble person
Great Video Thanks Have to get my truck up there
I get my overhead adjustment annually as along with the steer tires.
God bless Haggi they seem like good people
That woman definitely knew her machines.
I have never heard of this fancy word you used...... "Overhead" 🤣😁🤣
LF14000NN, FF5825NN, the best filtration for oil and fuel for the ISX, and the X, per guys in the know.
Man THANK YOU for this video.. yeah a lot of yours help but THIS one REALLY helped me learn.. So thanks J!🙏🏾👍🏾
Good people running a honest business.
All the little add on's you are doing Justin to the truck .... so cool 👌
Respected from Russia Bro! Thanks for amazing shop!
Update on my breakdown other day. Fixed fill tub and made it 50 miles and new front seal went out. Just ended up doing new front lower gear cover and seal. Test drove and all appears good. Heading to Texas Saturday
What a engine just love ❤ that sound brilliant video Justin safe trucking 🚚
@Hello Goldilocks how are you doing?
Truck looks amazing!
That is a beautiful truck. I see white is the color of today specially when you put all that chrome on it. Thanks for sharing.
White is one "color" which does not show dirt as much as the dark colors, especially the black. If you are driving mostly in hot areas like the South or South West, white would be much better to have since it stays cooler by as much as 40° F. This means your trucks A/C runs a bit cooler and your reefer would not require as much fuel. It may not be much but it would save you some money.
The W9 is looking good!!! Great job Justin
Thank You
Hope all is well with you brother happy holidays
Awesome video. Thanks👍👍👍❤️
Very sharpe looking KW love the video and the family. Those boys are wide open drive safe and stay bless
The lights look very cool. Nice work.
Ha....that's cool DIY Semi and JustTruckin ....that was cool.
😎🤘🏽
The KW 900 looking good with the new lights great content.
Geez I missed ya at JP I’m there all the time for the scale and how clean the place is plus they’re all really nice in there
Liners can also jump head gasket will leak, liners jumps up and down slamming into the head.
That’s what happened to mine on liner 5. Didn’t drop but had protrusion, which as we know put coolant in my oil 😳😬. Rebuilt twice. First aftermarket 🤷🏽♂️, second by Cummins, then came the Recon.
Have a blessed day Sir
Great video and thanks for sharing.
Wanna save a Cummins get rid of the emissions it'll run forever
Thank you for info, hope i could find mech here nw like Haggai. When time comes I was set on Detroit but you making me a believer in Cummins
I always stop at that JP, but I've never seen you or DIY Semi there. I just missed Steve Feszchak and Orwell going through my area, too. I'm havin' no luck.
stuff you don't really need... the real question though is... did you replace the 2nd fuel tank sending unit? Working fuel guages I would qualify as a need...
Those backlit emblems are sweet!
Your W9 is bad ass! Congrats!
Giving credit where it's due keeps you humble and connected to our creator.
W900 looking good my friend 👍👍💯💯😎
The 8 µm filter provides better filtration than the 10 µm filter. The micron size is related to the particle size the filter will allow to pass.
Pro mechanic
Safe travels
Paint makes everything brand new 😆
This could be used in high schools. For the kids college bond. Though I wanted to truck.
Awesome truck!!
I been watching you for a while, glad you didn’t give up, hell I done totaled one , had one repoed cause of break downs & now currently in my third truck with about 13 more payments on a 3yr note , I’ve done been through the ringer with trucking but still chasing my dreams.
I feel your pain. Keep pushing through. I’ve had 2 trucks and like you, my first truck I let go back after 2.5 years of owning it because of DEF / REGEN issues. My second truck which I still have has had 2 Rebuilds and 2 months ago just got a Recon’d motor via Cummins because after 2200 miles after the second Cummins OEM rebuild, my motor locked up and they couldn’t figure out why. So trust and believe I feel your pain and I’ve thought many times about going into something else. But trucking’s in my blood and I’ve been doing it too long at this point to do anything else. If I may quote Gospelmatrics that said; “Pain has a purpose.” “Because struggle is the proof that you have not been overtaken by your enemy, struggle is the proof that the enemy is not bigger than your God.” “Because the fact that you’re still struggling, and the fact that you’re still fighting is an indicator that there’s something MORE AFTER THIS!!!” God bless. 👍🏾👍🏾
@@Jabows1020 , damn , that’s well said my brother, hope to keep on keeping. Stay safe & Merry Christmas
@@lowcountrylife4720 Same to you!!
Love em too. Wife n daughters good people too.
Griffin, ga right up the road from haggai diesel with Jerry McNeely
Yes
You need shocks on the front plus maybe an alignment. And check the shocks on the back and alignment. You can also check cab shocks. And get new front tires and check the tire pressures every two weeks. And have them jack the front end up when it greased. Use one gallon of any old style trans. fluid once every two months in each ⛽ tank to keep fuel pump and injectors clean and lube. Did it in 7 T 600 at one time for 12 years never had to change one ever, and only lost one trans. due to shop not putting line supports back on after clutch job. Never lost a engine ever in that time also witch equaled about 1,250,000 to 1,450,00 miles on each truck with their being 17 different trucks. Run the rack every 18 months and change the oil in rear ends and trans. Plus use a good oil staplelizer at 10,000 miles when most trucks use a gallon. Change antifreeze every two years
and change water filter every other oil change and lube the water pump every other oil change with a good additive.
Just worked for me 😃.
God Bless 🙏 and Merry Christmas ☃️🎄.
Dont forget your Lucas oil treatment.
I ran by this morning around 9 but you were already gone. I have a business in downtown Griffin if you ever need to leave your trailer somewhere. I saw you backed in last night. Truck looked nice and clean for sure.
♥️🙏🏽
You better hold on to as much T6 as you can right now. I work for Autozone, and we can’t get any. T5 and T6 are few and far between at the moment.
Raising a liner so when it drops it ends up where the old one started.
Headgasket squish is a big deal
Sweet lights
awesome ! seeing " 316" roll out of the shop! That has to be the best number for a truck : ) I smile every time I see that. best regards, sam
🙏🏽
I see a new sun deck/balcony just out side of the bathtub in the near future for those active boys! Keep an eye out for the first time it happens!
Great video.
Great people !!
diy semi is awesome
FYI, it's 3/4 inch to bar the engine over through the front cover
@Hello James how are you doing?
Get you a ops and do oil samples. Get a fass fuel system to polish that fuel and last but not least run Max Milege fuel catalyst and you will be golden on that. Cummins
Strongly suggest you DON'T use vaseline on any rubber gasket. It degrades it. Use a silicone lube. You can get the stuff for pool filter gaskets.
Hey man great content
Like your attitude
Good job wish I had that
Justin,
Great teachable VLOG on adjusting the valves. But notice around 16:25, it appeared that there was a nail/screw in your right front tire.
I think that's just a washer from the thing he was taking apart
It was a washer
Merry Christmas
Looking good brother
Allison is unbelievable, she was blowing my mind. That is just one example of showing anyone can do anything if they put in the work. Great video. God bless and be safe on the road. :-)
R it sdd daI
Tappy valves are happy valves!
You know would look really cool on the truck:
CHICKEN LIGHTS ON THE BUMPER.
Maybe that’s coming 🤔😁
That gal knows her Diesel engines.
Valve adjustment in isx is simple. I do mine every 6 months.....not necessary... mainly just to keep an eye on everything up there
I try to watch every video u every post n like them too I been following for some years
Appreciated Justin
Hey get a light bar under the sleeper if you're going to have chicken lights. With chrome and LED's.
He gots him self some new shoe shine
She’s lookin awesome 😎🤙
Thank You Bud
welcome back to my neck of the woods. i wish i knew you were coming down i could have met up with you
Hey Joshua was a last minute decision 🙏🏽
@@JustTruckin i understand
Now go get you some cabin sleeper panels lights
Its amazing to me how many 4-5ook trucks for sale, they say the engine has inflame already....mostly cat and cummins (million mile engines)
Did you change your sending unit in your other fuel tank. I assume it had to much fuel in the tank to move the tank around
Adam! love ya bud! haha how cool
