Daily Mail and many other newspapers in December 2023 named Hillingdon unhappiest place to leave in London ( link below )
So far clear and nice place. Architecture is quite ok but over all typical suburbs of London.

If you went inside the Pavilions SHopping centre you would have seen how many "dodgy" shops there are - loads of cash only clothing shops for 2, 3 ,4 ,5 punds that soirta thing.... has gone down hill since covid

Not helped by all the classic long term shops that have shut....Pizza Hut, Pizza Express, Supercuts, Liquid nightclub, Bovilles art shop, Maplins....and now possibly the £10m 4 storey library 😥

Hah fun to know then i had my best moments in the unhappiest place in UK😅 Well that was last year and previous, maybe it changed drastically
