I have a very very strong build that kill bosses with 4 hits maximum and I won’t share it because I don’t want it to be nerfed that what team ninja do always they did it in nioh 1 nerfing every thing to the ground.

@@brianfenech10 I mean that's what they get from making a game with an overly excessive amount of mechanics, it makes it pretty impossible to balance everything. This game is awesome but the gameplay mechanics are way too overdone to the point where sometimes it takes away from the challenge and the enjoyable aspect of gameplay
It is worth noting that absorbing Amrita extends your transformation duration. So just put a slot for all those small amrita stones you get from killing enemies and pop a couple of them up on the go.
Really amazing build, can't wait to try it.

I’ve been hunting for a Gozuki, enki and one eye oni soul core with nullify damage yokai shift on it for days now. The game however has seen fit to give me literally every core I don’t use with that trait on it though. Go figure..
I think when you absorb amrita in yokai shift it refills your shift bar allowing you to stay in yokai mode longer as well

Привет. На оружие ёкай как у тебя, можно переносить слиянием эффекты с эссенций душ. Теоретически, если найти фамильный эффект nullify damage и перенести его на оружие, то можно получить одновременно 4 таких эффекта, а это уже 88%. Надеюсь ты меня поймешь и это возможно поможет.

It can appear only in light gloves.Forge is the best way to obtain or you can get it from revenant.
on light armour gauntlet as an inheritable... then he soul matches it onto the other pieces

@@killer_kiev7019 only for those with a ton' of gold... In levels like Cherry Blossom viewing and Scattered fragments there are dozens of revenants, a lot of them with only gloves, once you get one, you can let your friend farm your revenant (higher drop rate with friends), then vice versa
As Andras said best way is to know someone that have the gloves. They die in a particular spot then you farm their revenant. If you add them as friend on psn (restart the game the first time) the revanant of your friend glows orange and you'll get more loot. Now the best way to find people with the inheritables white or orange that you want is to join a Discord group. Let me know if you need one and I'll share the link.

Would you be cool with w give n take, you get to swap like spirits weapon form or demon skill tree. But disadvantage is you can't use burst counter lol

@@deseo818 Nah I was adding a what if you could only choose between the two. Tbh if you could use yokai form and living weapon at the same time aka burst counters etc, the game would be non existent. You kill everything easily lmao without needing to be a burst build

It still shocks me that so few people realize that the same stats and buffs that make a character OP without living weapon/yokai transformation are the same some of the same stats and buffs that make yokai transformation beast mode. The issue is that too many wait for a build video to show what playing around in the game would have already told you. Still... great video, great use of the in game mechanics.
Pretty sure that the "Nullify damage (yokai shift)" stat only applies to yokai shift...

Any stat on a soul core that says Yokai shift specifically only applies when in Yokai shift, however stats that are not specifically marked yokai shift or dark realm, will apply all the time. An example of this is the attack stat, it simply raises your attack stat modifer, so soul cores with this stat will actually increase your non yokai shift attack stat. Also buffs still apply while in Yokai shift meaning that if you cast something like protection talisman on your character and then transform, your yokai will be getting the damage absorption of the talisman. This also works with things like extraction talisman which will extend your yokai shift on amrita absorption. Other stats like lightning, fire, and water damage will apply to yokai form as well.

I gotta ask, You got Untouched Ninjutsu and attack as non-inheritables on the non-chest//gloves, does that mean you forged spammed till you had both? for example your helmet, has attack / ninjutsu non-inherited

brute's job is to get hit, it's invincible
feral's job is to not get hit, you can dodge mid attack
phantom's job is to not be in the enemy's face

Can you explain why it's important to have critical yokai shift and the reasoning behind those specific stats? I got the nullify damage on my build but my gauge is going down much faster than yours.
same getting the 100 percent damage reduction is no big deal but man i swing that club like 4 times and my shift gauge is gone...need to resolve this issue bfore investing all those orange inheritables....is there a stat that reduces shift meter depletion when attacking?

MANNAF3STxDnB Stop swinging your club. Don’t ever do quick or heavy attacks you want all your damage and Ki damage coming from your soul core attacks. These will also cause amrita to come off the boss or enemy and you can then absorb this by holding R1+R2 in between soul core attacks and this will sustain your shift bar

How well does this work now that the uesugi damage nullify is 33% instead of 50%? I imagine it’s still fairly tanky in yokai shift? Or did they also nerf nullify damage on cores?

If im remember correctly if an attack would kill you instead of dying you transform into yokai form instead if the meter is available.

You going to be updating this since Yokai Shift was buffed but 100% Nullify Damage was nerfed?
Could you explain in a bit more detail what's going on here? I've done the 66% nullify damage thing, but obviously that's not 100%. And 10 extra secnds of yokai shift from the Genryu set helps the duration ofcourse, but your shift bar seems to take absolutely forever to tick down.
So where is all this endless shift meter coming from? From the stuff your video mentions I'm sure, but how does it all link together? I'd love to understand it better and maybe use parts of it for improving my own yokai shift without changing it to a full OP one at the cost of everything else in my build.

Genryu give you +10(Not seconds but Yokai Shift Life so it's about 25seconds)Trasform ONLY in critical life and in Dark Realm if you can...For have 100%Nullify damage you must CHANGE CLAN (I show in the video...)and use barrier+protection talisman...Now you can costantly regenerate Protection with 66%nullify damage...it's really Hard that someone can did damage on you.
@@killer_kiev7019 Killer_ kiev Three questions: 1- Nullifying damage X% means that you have X% chance of not receiving damage, or X% of that damage will be nullified? 2- Critical shift Dark realm, I understand it makes you shift instead of dying, if you are in Dark realm with your amrita bar full. Is there any other function? 3- How do you get Critical shift Dark realm in your weapon?

Instead of Warrior of the West for electrified and using the coiled snake helmet, why not try the diehard set if you're going off of critical bonuses anyway? When I tried a Yokai Shift build I just focused on amrita gauge buffs just to see how often I could trigger it without using spirit stones. Just extraction and Pleidas talismans. Stacked around 100% amrita guage charge and I still hardly got to shift. But your build has given me some ideas to try.

Hi, how did you mange to put on your Gozutenno's Axe Critical Yokai Shift and Attack Yokai Shift? This axe is not corrupted weapon, im not able to souls match with soul cores... thats why i dont understand how did you mange to put there yokai inh.... please advice
Ok I found out that 1st i need to put on other yokai weapon inh from soul core after to max familiarity on that yokai weapon and after that to soul match Gozutennos Axe with that yokai weapon... but his will add me white inherit... still dont now how to transfer orange inherit from soul core to the weapon which is not yokai wepon
You need to craft the weapon as sometimes you get it corrupted aka with "imbue corruption" stat

He used the soul core of the snake boss (which Apply poison)
And yes R2 + O after shadow arts to cancel animation
Yeah first I use: feather/cancel with soul core(Pig poison R2+□) and finish the extra combo with guardian spirit talisman(Whale)/cancel with soul core (snake R2+🔺️)+Fireball talisman....Whit this combo,in about 3seconds,you have destroyed the Ki enemy+poison+confusion+water+fire+thunder🐉🐉🐉

It's part of the pre order bonus but the Devs have just released an update with the same armor set but different colour scheme called "million demon armor".
Wait how did you put those stats on a non corrupted weapon? Can you inherit non-inheritable stats on regular weapons from soul cores?
No,You must Change Corruption for last ability.

@@divinewatchdog1059 Corruption is not exclusive for yokai weapons. It is treated as a element like Fire, Water, Lighting and Purity. In this case he rolled corruption on the axe, then inherited all the wanted skills from soul cores. Lastly he rerolled the "imbue corruption" to "high attack damage 5.4%".
I had no idea corruption can be tempered into. Interesting.
