The INVRT Bandoleer turns out to be quite and interesting, effective and innovative solution for carrying mags, med kits and more - let's take a look!
Tho I believe the engineer are smarter than me. But I still never able to get my brain to trust the pull down design.
It works. I promise lol. There's so much tension on the mags and you gotta give them a meaningful tug to get them out. And like he said, you can get pull tabs if you want the added security, but I haven't found need for them
@@thedefinitive6296 I think it just not for my implication. I've wearing something similar in Airsoft game before. And like the video said, when I go prone the mag tends to getting drag off.
I don't know about this. Magazine retention is vital. Lose your mags, all you got is an expensive, hi-tech club.
You can wear it upward if you want to.
@@silkplayer9while that is 100% correct, you'd probably end up knocking a couple teeth out in going prone hard/fast or in just drawing the mags out, even with the the retention strap attached on the bottom. Good thought, but not sure how well it would work.
Been using FastMags with the down-draw orientation on a molle vest for years now. Much faster reloads in that orientation and have NEVER had a mag fall out under any circumstance of intensive training or competition. Always get funny looks and questions from others but it works.
will it hold metal magazine, or it works with polymer only?
@@NotoriusMaximus Works with both
Sinistral Sunday sounds great! See you next week!
high energy Sundays
Agreed. Obviously a Karl fan, but but if the ethos fits, it's Inrange.
damn those reloads were smooth
always glad russell is showing his true allegiance to the deus mechanicus. all those augmetics truly allow him to be head and shoulders above the common grunt.
kinda feel like you would need a tactical sombrero to go with it.
That is such a well thought out great idea, thanks for sharing this!
Great review! Just purchased mine.
A solid honest product review. Very cool. I love the idea.
Happy Easter!
Same to you!
Not worth $175!!
I actually used to run a very similar setup with polymer clam shell mag holders and a med kit on the opposite side. Loved it for my high speed low drag kit.
That looks really cool. I see they make one without pouches, just MOLLE so you can add your own. I have some single-cell pouches with flaps on them that would help mitigate the dust issue too.
I recently picked one of these up to go with my home defense setup. It makes so much sense as a minimalist chest rig for emergency defensive use. Definitely gonna get the Revolver bag for the back and a couple more pouches for a handheld light and multitool. I was able to integrate a Ka Bar TDI in a Minuteman Conceal sheath into it as well so I can have a fixed blade as a backup. It's a great versatile product that's well-made and easy to adapt.
Nice set I need this in my life
would be interesting to see how they work internally and test how long they last (also test them with the pull tabs)
I'd like to see a sling ring on it and a way to mount a pistol holster on it where that tourniquet is. That I can see being very useful for a quick boot and scoot rig.
Hum, first time I have seen these up close. Interesting. I will take a look. I could use a better system for carring some magazines for some of my weapons.
With this you're reloading as fast as a video game character.
Finally a product that isn't just copying everyone else, all that unnecessary movement inverting the mag and reaching higher than necessary. I did this for my airsoft rig years ago, and always wonder why it wasn't done elsewhere, bit of paracord, a small length of copper pipe, bout 8mm, 10mm will do too, and you have a reliable retention system, the spring is easily replaceable when it eventually wears down, unlike elasticated fabrics, that need to be sewn on.
Hey
I was just Theorizing Those
Great Work
Now Does It come in Multicam
20 seconds into the video.
Definitely an April Fools joke
Video finishes
Maybe it wasn't...
The Terminator speaks of his gear...
That logo on the back looks a lot like the Adeptus Mechanicus faction from Warhammer 40K. I approve.
you cannot fool anyone this is a fanny pack 🥸🥸
Be too afraid they would fall out
In case anyone was wondering; these are $180
I bought one of these a while ago, really dig it
We use this at my PD, and they work great, but difficult with bulky outer body armor.
Neat
Cheers
Informative.
How's the heat from the b5 systems handguard?
I heard the heat coming from the gastube is quite high
Yeah it’s easy to have your hand touch the gas tube
Tell Karl to add your other channel link to the description of these videos!
Oops! I just did it. :D
Definitely fine for a square range, but i wouldn't trust it for real world applications.
This looks like a great option for a vehicle kit along with a truck gun AR. Just enough space for a few mags, a TQ, and a small trauma kit. For this use case, you're not gonna be rucking 100 miles over cliffs and canyons so I'm not looking for bombproof construction and 100% retention. Something fast and light like this seems like a great solution, and better than the BFG bandolier I have now.
@@its_clean that's true, it would be really great for that
I agree. The fact that you can't effectively go prone without having to maneuver the bag out of the way is a deal-breaker for real world applications.
@@drew1878if you're still nervous about the mags working their way loose you might want to take a look at the Shaw Concepts ReUp Bandolier. The FirstSpear Modular Fight Strap never really caught on, but it's a good option if you want to use existing velcro or PALS mag pouches.
Love me some Bandoleers
I like the additional pouch set up for it
April fools!
no.
@@InrangeTv bad man
Been thinking about getting this for paintball, for rec days/magfed only play. I have a Condor MHV currently, but I think it's only really good for big games and heavy gunner loadouts.
Check out the carbon CRBN molle mag pouches. I run 9 pouches on my back much like a pod belt, keeps everything off my chest making crawling much easier!
@Frankenthumb2954 just looked at those. They're pretty cool, I like their design, but the fact they're made for JUST cf20 mags and their orientation are turn offs for me.
I'm going to stick with my HSGI X2R Tacos. That way, I can run this for both paintball and real steel.
pretty cool!
Cool kit!
A few 11B’s I know are laughing at this, any belly crawl will screw this up
I don’t think anyone is advocating using these for traditional infantry slogging through the mud combat.
It isn’t April fools day yet guys! Guys?
How about retaining a partial mag when reloading? Is that a possibility?
That would be better done with a dump pouch on your belt or in a pocket.
Nice paintjob on that AR.
For when you need 120 rounds at the mall.
I have had this rig for several years now. It's perfect for classes, competition or as a lo-pro grab and go setup.
Cool. I have seen footage and pictures or troops from certain armies turn the pouches on their vests upside down in much the same way as it was better for them. Obviously up to preference, but at least it seems like the retention works here as all of the pouches I've seen being used upside down had a lid and some form of clip to prevent the magazines from falling out.
