Hi Dylan! I'm looking to upgrade from my Niche Zero, I just upgraded my espresso machine from a profitec go to a breville dual boiler. I'm learning towards a good flat burr and the DF83V is currently my top spot next to the Timemore 078s. Just wondering what your opinions would be if you think this is a good upgrade from the niche zero and whether it's something you would go for yourself! Also not sure if you have any discount codes as other youtubers have for espressooutlet/mii coffee I could apply that support you!
Does a grinder really make that much difference in espresso taste? I feel a bit ridiculous spending £900 on df83 with red speed ssp burrs without having even tried it
