So basically , debenture is a certificate which we get from a Co. ,when the Co. borrow us money ... We get fixed interest , doesn't matter what the condition of Co. is. i.e it is in loss or profit...And after a fixed period of time we get our money back... and in India the max. time limit is 10 years...👍

Not enjoy voting rights .. it's is payable either in loss .In Exigency = It can be sold not for normal problem Type = Redeemable & irredeemable .. convertible & non convertible Bonds issued by government ..
