Types of debenture
1. Secured debenture: fixed asset ko girvi rakthy hai, debenture holder can get money by selling the fixed asset
2. Unsecures debenture: no girvi, debenture holder can get money by filing a case on the company but can not sell the assets of the company
3. Convertible debenture: can be converted to equity shares after a fixed time period
Ratio of conversion: debenture ka kithna % equity shares mai convert hoga
Period of conversion: kithny time ky badh debenture equity shares mai convert hoga
(It will be decided at the time of issue of debenture)
4. Non convertible debenture: they do not change
5. Registered debenture: they are recorded in the book of debenture holder, these can be transfered to other debenture holders
6. Beared debenture: their information will not be recorded, can be easily transfered by giving other's papers
7. First debenture: their money will be given first
8. Second debenture: their money will be given after paying to first debentures.
