Some nights, I turn on her affirmations to help me fall asleep. Her voice sounds like a voice of a wise and loving mother figure and it makes me feel safe emotionally.
I love a lot of things she posts. More importantly, I love the video of the ocean. It's like listening to her voice and allowing the water to wash your soul. To whomever is reading this just know that moving forward and letting go people and messed up and harmful situations helps you keep what needs to be left behind behind you.
