Woke up experiencing anxiety and replaying childhood trauma and emotional abuse I am learning to love myself and comfort myself through these triggers , I am letting go of resentment , hurt and fear. Sometimes I feel like I am spinning out of control when I remember things from my childhood but I am letting go of all of that , I am forgiving my parents and letting go . I am safe and I am loved and it was not my fault what happened in the past I want to let go and be healed 🙏🏼

In the dark of the night, we hear noises and feel afraid of the unknown. In the dark corners of our minds, we think scary thoughts that make us fearful. Old childhood fears come back, and we feel small and helpless again. We remember the fearful voices of our parents warning us about dangers, both real and imagined. The world tells us to be afraid, that life is unsafe, and we, like obedient children, believe it. We begin to see the world as a scary place, and as we believe this, it becomes our reality.
