Aha this exactly how I felt when got my first ever actual foundation (Maybelline fit me foundation) this was like a year ago (not tinted moisturizer). I'm 35 so yeah I never been able afford makeup. Most had was tinted moisturizer, blush, la girl eye shadow and gloss. That's all I ever wore until now.
Tati and Mia just gives me the mother - daughter vibe. The way Tati just happily gives everything to Mia is really sweet. Love them both! Love this video!

Ok Mia, if you have dry skin and you are using water as a primer...it's just going to make you DRYER! You should use a moisturizer. You don't necessarily need a primer but you do need to moisturize before makeup!

If you have dry skin, avoid spraying water on your face. As the water evaporates, it will deplete moisture from your skin faster, leaving it dryer.
Yan what do you suggest to do besides that?
@@MissJenMichelleXX I have combination skin, but more so dry, especially when it gets cold out. I use a little bit of coconut oil. No moisturizer has ever worked for me and coconut oil worked instantly. Don't use a lot as it'll make you break out. Just use a little bit in each area you need.
young living moisturizer is amazing, organic and vegan. the orange blossom is my fave
@@MissJenMichelleXX you can try castor oil or rose oil (Milan I has a fantastic rose oil that's super affordable). Castor oil has helped reduce the puffiness under my eyes, but you have to be careful not to get it IN your eyes because it hurts!! I recommend cold pressed organic castor if you decide to try it.
@@cinnaxbunbun I have super dry skin. Try argan oil! It's amazing. I use argan oil at night. Then I put on the PUR cosmetics serum. Then I put the PUR cosmetics skin lift moisturizer. I use a clarisonic to clean my face with the clinique pep start exfoliating cleanser. My face has never been better! The clarisonic changed the game haha
I also use glamglow masks once or twice a week

Mia, do you know that water may be the couse of your dry skin? I mean, I am not an expert at all, but I have the same problem as you, so instead spraying your face with water, try some face tonic. I have tonic with rose water and I use it just after washing my face under the shower and after micelar water, before day/night cream. I like it to use when I finish my make up, too. Or whenever I want to refresh my face. It helps to keep my skin hydrated. And I am trying to avoid just normal water as much as I can, beacuse it is one of the reasons my skin is dry and irritated, especially when I am travelling a lot and changing the water all the time (each city and country has a different type of water). I am use many years now the Magic Rose by Evree but I think you can find something simillar in Canada 😉 Take care! Greetings from Poland 😘💕
P.S. and last tip from me - I dont know why gel creams are recommended for oiled types skins, beacuse I found it sooooo hydrated, especially during the summer. So you can try it as well and I hope you will see the difference in a while 😉

Mia, since you have dry skin, water will actually make your skin dryer. I used to only use water for years, so I feel that. You should use moisturizer instead, but if moisturizers don't work, I seriously recommend coconut oil. I have combination skin, but more so on the dry side, especially when it gets colder. No moisturizer has worked for me at all, but once I started using coconut oil a few years ago, I've been using it since. Don't use a lot as it'll make you break out, but just a little in each area really helps and my skin doesn't get dry again for a few days or so. If there's extra oil, use a little bit of water and tap it off with a towel.
