Aloha! Everyone is right....YOU ROCK! Just got my rings at 71 yrs young...clear, concise and just awesome that you shared! Need more & more of THAT spirit! Thanks a million ✌Linda
Didn't think this would help me much but the fact that the strap could go out of the buckle that easily if set up from the wrong direction was helpful to see instead of experience. What I struggle with is making sure the rings are even. Wish I had gotten a numbered strap.
Thanks so much, I got my rings today and couldnt for the life of me figure out how to set them up with the instructions. I watched your video and set them up first try! Time to make some gaiz now 💪💪💪
I just bought my first pair of rings and they just came in today. I was unsure of how to set them up and came across this video, definitely helped and was very instructive. Gained a new sub!
I just bought my first set of rings. Its type 2. Had an official tutorial i followed but it was fcking horrible so i wanted to double check if i did it right. All i want to say your vid is thousand times better. Cheers mate!
Awesome I’m really glad I put the type 2 in here for moments like this Those buckles are a bit of a pain but work with what you got! Appreciate the kind words enjoy your training 🤘
Thanks for the video. I got some rings which i wanted to anchor to a door. Its the second type lf buckle in thw video. However when i pull the ring or lay weight in it the entire buckle moves. Was wondering if there is a fix for this or if its not possible with This buckle. Thank you ☺️
I’m assuming you’re using a pull up bar on a door? Does it unbuckle when you apply weight? If so the strap was either fed wrong through the buckle or the quality of the buckle is low. If it’s just a loose feeling then the buckle is of low quality. I’ve never been a fan of the Type 2 buckle, but they should still work well depending on the quality. Let me know how it goes. Thank you for watching!!
@@BodyweightProcess ruclips.net/video/Nx4lIFWTWbI/видео.html I tried to do what he is doing in this video but i guess it doesnt work with this buckle because I end up pulling both straps and one of them starts pulling the buckle towards me. I guess you have to anchor it so you only apply weight to one lf them?
@@Tolseren ahh I see, the same concept should work regardless of the buckle as long as you create a solid knot prior to closing the door. Try it out again, follow the method for type two without an anchor point, test to see if the buckles are locked, if so then follow that guys steps for creating a solid knot and placing it behind the door. If one of the buckles still comes towards you and you know for sure it’s right, then that buckle is faulty. Cool method though if you don’t have access to a bar at home. Hope it works out!
@@BodyweightProcess perfect, thanks a lot!! The company will send me a new pair of rings, asked them the same question. Hopefully it will work. Thank you for taking the time to reply, really appreciate it
Thank you sooo much, very easy to understand I tried like 5 other videos but yours was clear and made perfect sense.
Same thing happened to me when I first started, glad it helped!
