I hate how shady Sony is with this making it as difficult as possible to turn off auto renewal when it was as simple as just going to subscriptions and Turning it off

Do you know what's the problem with my PS4 PS Plus? So the thing is that it says that I have the PS Plus Premium Voucher for 1 Month but i never bought it, i only bought the Essential. I can't cancel it an where it says "Cancel subscription" here on my PS4 it says " Reactivate Subscription" and when I go to that it says "something went wrong". I don't know what to do because I'm helpless i watched every tutorial nothing helped, it's expensive and i don't want to buy it every month. If you have a solution or a explanation please tell me ( if it's not a problem can you make a video about it).
Hey sorry about the late reply I didn't get a notification However what it sounds like Is that the auto renew is already canceled on yours That's why you're possibly getting that error code And where it says " Reactivate subscription", It's giving you an option To reactivate whatever it says as your current plan at the top , Now this is just an assumption Due to the information you provided however , I can't correctly answer the question fully because I need to know what you're trying to accomplish .. As in Are you trying to activate it or cancel it or just cancel auto renew etc. I hope I was able to help you out somewhat.
@@CLIFFWILKEShey man thanks im trying to cancel it, but what you said it makes sense because in Croatia you know we switched from the Kuna to Euro and probably that's the problem

On your console, if it shows a date that it ends then, it should already be set up to the point where it will not auto renew , If you're seeing that reactivate subscription . So ultimately It is possible that it has already Been Canceled subscription to were they wont take money from you until you reactivate it again after that date that it says it ends .
@@CLIFFWILKES i think that is true because they announced that they will stop accepting credit card purchases only ps gift card because the Kuna is now the Euro. Also it says it will stop auto renewal on 3/3/2023 but it didn't stopped last month so i don't know. Also thank you very much i appreciate it.
@@Jyjsjskqkaky well 3/3/2023 is 8 days away starting tomorrow, And it should not Take your currency Away on that date however That's when the subscription ends also .. And if you want to know a cool trick that I do I basically do my subscriptions Around the black Friday in cyber Monday times So every year when I go to manually renew I get the deals Hopefully everything works out for you and I was able to answer your questions 💯👍
