Thrill day!!!
It is indeed, Kyle! 💯
Hygghhgg was a good friend to you to see
😮
I grew up going to that park all throughout my childhood/early teen years. I moved away from home in 2018 from the Chicago area to Orange County, California. Seeing the park brought back a lot of awesome memories. Great video as always.
Dad says... no way on these rides!!!! im sick just watching them!!!
Cedar point had the best ride's hands down you'd loveeee ittttt
Raging Bull is by far my favorite coaster in the park! Smooth, great airtime, and long ride time.
My favorite ride is Batman the ride
My fav is goliath
I agree with you
Same here, the ride is long and filled with deep drops.
@@thejustinjustin1233I’m going here next year and I’m kinda nervous for raging bull only the first drop is intense but idk
I’ve been to six flags in gurnee, I only live like 30 minutes away and I have been on every single ride there. This park is like my home park. I love six flags , raging bull, eagle, and Goliath are my favorite.
Bc I'm skinny I can easily slip out on the Goliath so I'm scared of it
Great to see you showcasing parks and fun things to do in the Midwest ! Nothing beats getting a Dole whip at Disney parks but culver's ice cream will have to do after a long day of fun . Enjoy your time with your family.
Thank you so much for posting this video. Brought back in nostalgia for me. I used to go to six flags great America all the time when I was a kid. A lot of new roller coasters too!
Thanks Kyle 🙏 I love that the accent comes back in full force once you step foot in Wisconsin 🤣
For the last time people this is in Illinois not Wisconsin I live in Wisconsin not Gurnee it’s 45 mins away geez Louise
I know I'm about an hour down in aurora I get so mad when people say this is in Wisconsin
Omg same, it’s 45 minutes from Milwaukee
I know this post is really old, but it made me laugh because his accent is really noticeable when he says flags. Anyway, the park IS in Illinois, however WI in literally 15 minutes away. Probably half the employees are from WI.
Love this videos! My 2 cents on the theme park vlogging community is that the ones who still go and rides the rides and enjoy the parks and hang with friends are the videos that I enjoy the most. Most have just become 1 dimensional by being info updates only and no enjoyment. Keep enjoying yourself Kyle because it shows in the videos!!! Annnnnd I’m done lol
My childhood park was Six Flags Great Adventure in NJ. Awesome job filming those coasters! Hi to Dad, Alexa and cutie Rocko 🐶!!
I used to drive up to Six Flags Great America with my buddies all the time in the summer. Really loved the Batman (Burton) coaster, and especially enjoyed the Halloween Fright Night haunted houses they would do! Thanks for the memories.
You guys are brave to go on all those rides. Your sister looked a little pale after the last one. Have a nice day😁
My hometown park. I go every year once a year although I've skipped a few years sometimes. Raging bull is def my fave. Sad to see how much has changed.
same!!!
I go two times a month 😂
I go every Sunday. WARNING If you buy the member snipe they can only give 2 cups DO NOT THROW THEM AWAY
@@cinnamonromero3739 sameee
@@cinnamonromero3739 I’m going this Friday
This is my home park, I leave 10 minutes away. We love coming here each week and riding the coasters.
Wow! Those rides looked intense! Made me a little dizzy just watching lol! But super fun to see. Thanks for sharing 😊
So fun - that's the park I grew up in -- built in 1976, went as a kid - worked there HS and college summers!!!
Wait how much did you get paid/get paid an hour when your worked there? I’m 16 and might work there this summer.
@@Dylan-bj4fx That was a long time ago. I hope you do, best family to work with is the SFGA family.
Cedar POINT in Sandusky Ohio, has the best coaster on any tier list Steel Vengeance
Totally agree. Makes Goliath look like a merry-go-round.
Six flags great America has better coasters I think
@@angela3403 😂 u didn’t just say that
Cedar Point for sure! Nice park, lots of coasters! Beautiful park.
@@coreypierce3808 sfga is my home park and cedar point is better by fair
Love all the thrills at Six Flags parks. Fun vlog!
This is awesome! I’m an hour away from Great America and have been many times so it’s so awesome seeing it in your vlog. Got to meet you briefly during your live stream on Memorial Day leaving Slinky Dog and you could not have been nicer! Thanks for all the great content!
Dad, dad, dad & my fav red nose!! Hi Alexa!! Kyle, loving the POVs on the coasters, holy cow they're high!! I loved wooden coasters but too rough now..thus incredicoaster is high on my list - pattern of a wooden but smooth like steel!! Great vlog & no, don't go to malls basically online shopping now.
Dad says...Hi, Brian!!!!! lol
Used to go there all the time as a kid.
Loved going to Six Flags Great America growing up! Back in the day, Shock Wave and Iron Wolf were my favs but they are long gone. Batman is awesome with cool theming and a unique smell. Had to laugh cause the carousel was also the meeting place when we were kids, even our class field trip meeting place was usually the carousel. Good times Kyle!
Love that your doing these out of the Disney box vids! Great job on this one!!! It also settled a question for me, always wondered if your dad always wore his red nose, even at home, and THERE it was! lol Thanks Alexa for going with Kyle and being in the vid, always great to see you!
Back row Ragin' Bull.
Trust me on this. Airtime on the drops.
(this generally true of most coasters, more thrilling forces in back)
This is my home park! I really enjoy going here, and it’s even better if you have the flash pass. I would recommend visiting this park! ❤️ ⭐️
P.S. Goliath was really scary to me the first time I did it, and we got stuck on it at the end 😬
How was raging Bull?
I live in NJ, so I have passes for Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson and also have Hurricane Harbor. We just opened a new coaster called, Jersey Devil..I can't do the coasters because of motion sickness..stinks, but I live through others, like yourself..gives me enjoyment watching you all..
We like Gurnee Mills mall. Easy to drop a dime or two in there. Thanks for showing us Six Flags. ✌️🌞🌻
What a fun day with your sister. 😎 That pup is adorable and your Dad looks like a lot of fun.
I must have been on the opposite side of the park all day. I was even wearing a Mickey Mouse shirt to make you feel at home. Thanks for bringing the heat with you yesterday.
That’s awesome!
Just saying… I did see someone wearing one and I yelled oooo Mickey Mouse!! And they didn’t look at me haha
You’ve got to love a rickety old wooden coaster lol 😂 it’s nice to see Alexa out and about with you ! Stay safe and enjoy your trip home x x I love mall of millennia and always go there ! Love the boutiques at winter park! The outlets at Vineland love publics and target ! Always go to Michaels !
My wife and I watch you every single day and absolutely love your videos ! It was so funny hearing you try to say “flag”. OMG - SO FUNNY !
You should do a day at the Bristol Renaissance Faire!
You should go to Hersey park it has great coasters and amazing rides. I also enjoy your videos
Love this six flags great america! WOW so nice of them to give you flash passes and free tickets :) I actually really enjoy 90% of the rides here I love raging bull and goliath! The gurnee mills mall is where I film my Disney store outlet videos 😊 I go to this mall like every weekend
Haven't been to Great America since I was a kid. My brothers and I loved the Looney Tunes play area where you could fire the ball cannons at eachother. We would always hide in there when it was time to leave 😂
We LOVED that too!
Let’s all take a shot when Kyle says “Flayghs”! 😂 Great video sir! Thanks for taking us with you back down your stroll back down memory lane.
Lolzzzz
That's the first thing I noticed. This is the first video of his that I have seen and I'll be checking out some more. I was thinking, "this guy is from further north than Gurnee," even though you can hear it in a Chicagoan's voice as well, his was well pronounced. I love it! I usually look for it in the word BAG. That's my favorite. Haha, just playin' with ya. I want to check out your Wisconsin Dells video next. Used to go there a lot as a kid, and it was always Noah's Ark. Went in 2019 and Kalahari was sweet. It was the off-season, so indoor was a must with snow on the ground, still. I'd still love to go back to Noah's Ark and see what it looks like now. It's probably been 25 years since I was there, if it still exists? :) Thanks, Kyle!
I literally have been looking at the comments to see if anyone else noticed the way he says flags lol. I have friends from MN and northern WI that say it that way. Being from Chicago… I don’t hear any Chicago accent coming from him, like the pp said. But fun to watch the video. Brought back memories, I also worked there while in college.
Wish you could come to the uk and visit Alton Towers! You’d love it!
Amazing place. I’d love to go back.
Lol--- my mom always told us the same thing- if you get lost, meet at the carousel 😂
Kyle you have found your calling! You have mastered the art of photographing coasters. Your footage of the coasters was amazing!!!!!
Bring a battery back so that way you don’t need to worry if a plane have a charging port
Kings Island in Mason, Ohio...ride the new coaster "Orion"
Your first comment about it being the Disney when you didn’t do Disney describes my childhood! Growing up in Wisconsin, Six Flags was the best!
Ahhh yay you went to six flags my hometown used to go there all the time as a kid too. Aw bummed I miss you this was literally when I was moving to Portland OR dang.
Raging bull, the viper and superman are my fav rides at six flag :)
I haven't been to Six Flags Great America, however I was at the "short lived" Six Flags Worlds of Adventure in Ohio. I also was at its predecessor Geauga Lake numerous times. PS I love videos with Alexa. I love seeing the sibling bond you two have. Reminds me of all the times with my brothers pre-kids.
Go to New Jersey Six Flags. They have some amazing Rides, Kings Island, and Hershey Park.
Kings Island has the Longest Wooden Rollercoaster in the Nation, possibly the world. the Beast
Hershey park!!
Great video man. I like that your trying to visit every theme park in America, that is awesome! Not sure if I seen anyone trying to pull that off before but you could be the first 🤔
Keep coming with the videos man 😃
Great America is my home park! Love that you made a video there😁
Kyle, you need to go to Dollywood in TN you won’t regret it
I hope to visit there someday
Great video Kyle! You should definitely hit up Cedar Point in Ohio, the roller coaster capital of the world! I’d love to meet you and maybe ride a coaster together!
Everyone has been saying that, I think I ought to make a trip this summer
@@KylePalIo first ride should be Millenium Force. Best coaster ever!
Yes!! Cedar Point, please!! You might need two days there, it's big and lot of rides. Being right on Lake Erie you get lots of amazing views, plus on a good day, you can see Canada from the top of Top Thrill Dragster. Highly recommended.
I grew up going to Six Flags Great America in the 80's and early 90's before moving to Florida. Now, I'm going to have to hunt for old photos!
Home park. Grew up riding on the Turn of the Century, Tidal Wave and Willard's Whizzer. Now, my kids are enjoying all the rides at least once a week.
Great Video Bro Quick Question How Were You Able To Bring You Camera On The Rides? they've been really weird on what cameras are allowed smh I've even seen signs inside saying no gopros allowed smh I know you have a sony lol
They are breaking the no loose articles policy
They sneak it past the ride operator don’t wanna explain how but all of the strict ride ops will catch you because they have seen everything including people trying to hide casts
@@Camaro_Mike17 i just wear a zip up jacket and unzip it on the lift or at the launch waiting zone
Busch Gardens Williamsburg Virginia! Our family favorite!
I love six flags! Raging Bull and X flight are my favorite!
I'm already dizzy just to watch you, guys!!!!!!
We just moved to Illinois a year ago (covid times) have yet to go to Six Flags Great America. It looks like a ton of fun. That ride POV from Superman was intense!
We have little kids, is there a tiny people area in the park?
Yes their is !
Yes there is an area with kiddie coasters. And they have a family ride called the whizzer. Definitely a fun park
Kyle, when you said "Alexa where are you" the echo in my room replied "Hello, I'm right here" hahahaha
Love that 😂
Literally just had the same thing happen to me..... scared the heck out of me 🤣
Wow on the Superman ride it really looks like you are flying!
We were lucky enough to make the trip the last weekend of fright fest. Even though we couldn't do big coasters or haunts [ 2 of our kiddos are too small and one of those 2 is terrified of coasters] we loved it! Our home park is six flags st.louis but the drive was worth it and we ended up staying an extra day. Their frightfest change to chubasco...so soooo cool. I'm hoping we can go with a group to take turns watching all our Littles and being able to ride. Although I still have a lot of anxiety with coasters after becoming a mom, always worried and always praying now. Love mom guilt and anxiety lol.
But raging bull is on this anxious, height fearing mama's bucket list!
So glad yall had an amazing time! Stay adventurous and safe travels 💕💕💕
That accent coming through strong!!
the way he says "six FLEGS" instead of "six FLAGS" lol
Fact: the Batman rollercoaster isn't just the original Batman coaster, but also the first ever inverted rollercoaster.
This made me be a bit more fearless about roller coasters is just that you feel fear but once your done with it you’re getting used to it because it is turning out to be fun.
I live 30 miles from Great America!!!!!!!!! So glad you posted this!
This past Monday, my dad and I went to Six Flags New England. It was so much fun.
I was there on October 31, 1979, the last day they were open that season and it was two for one admission. Being a college senior, that was important. It was very cold, snowing actually, but we still went on the water log ride. The coldest was the Ferris wheel after dark just before the park closed. Sitting on the top freezing!
Love Raging Bull but always have to do backrow! The hangrime in the back is amazing
If you’ve never been to Dollywood in TN I recommend it highly. Great rides . Wild eagle , and lightning rod is a must .
Goliath is a favorite of my kids. It was so hot Tuesday. Hope you had fun. Go Bucks!
Those rides are too intense for me but certainly fun to watch. I’ll hold the bags 🤣
They are pretty intense
I wanna see way more coasters bro 😎. Love this one so much!!
I've been to Six Flags Great America. Used to go there a ton as a teenager! Great thrill rides. But you've gotta go to Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sanduski, OH. Crazy ridiculous thrill rides!!! Will make a great video. Can't wait!
I grew up going to Six Flags Great America, too! I from the Chicagoland area, so this gave me major nostalgia, as I haven't been in around 13 years since my move to Denver.
Raging bull for the win!? Viper !?
@@KylePalIo Raging Bull for sure 🙌🏼. Also, super jealous of the Portillo’s visit! That’s one thing we don’t have out in Colorado.
Im 11 and i went on the Joker! Trust me its SO FUNNN!!
Liked and enjoyed the Vlog. Fun day with sister conquering Great America. I went to the GA in California once and had a blast like you two.
Back then they didn't have fast past that was a blessing for you both.
Your Dad is so cool BTW.
Parks to visit check out Tennessee DollyWood in Pigeon Forge. Also Holiday World in Indiana the cleanest park I have ever been too with free soft drinks. The look on your sister face when she got her popcorn was priceless.
I wish I could handle coasters like that! Thanks Kyle, I get to ride them through your videos…. You’re such a pro at filming on rides it makes me feel like I’m there….. minus the sickness 🤢🥴🤣
Thank you, it is kind of terrifying but I’ve become accustom to it
We use to go to Six Flags in Jackson NJ almost every Sunday! Many memories! Never been to that park! Heading back to Orlando in 3 1/2 weeks!!
I just found your channel and this was great to watch as I worked at this 6Flags back in 2001! It was my second job ever out of high school. I went to college in WI. Now I live in CA and work at Universal. Thanks for showing off the park - brought back some good memories ❤️
Also, love your sister's name 😁
Mardi Gras hangover?? That is the BEST name for a ride.
So happy to see Alexa in your vlog. Looks like a great park. Something different. Some suggestions for parks; Great Adventure in New Jersey, Coney Island in Brooklyn, Rye Playland in Rye NY, Splish Splash Water park in Rivwrhead, NY, and Adventureland in Farmingdale, NY. Then there is NYC which is its own amusement park.
Im going there for my 15th birthday tomorrow so excited such a good video
I remember placing my watch in my pocket on the superman ride and it slipping out and saw it hit the pavement
🤦🏽♀️ 😒😂.. I was pretty young. Lesson learned 🤷🏽♀️ Good to know you enjoyed Six Flags Kyle 🙌🏼
I LOVE Six Flags Great America. I haven’t been in 7 years. Raging Bull front row is the only row to sit in, we’ll worth the wait.
It’s so much fun, so smooth.
I used to go to Six Flags once a summer with my good friend back in the day!
Omg so close to me 🤣 we've been there so many times. Come to cedar point with us the last weekend of july!
I live right by Six Flags Great America and have been going there my whole life… it is so weird to see it in a vlog. And you are correct… Raging Bull is the BEST ride- no question!
As a coaster enthusiast, hearing them say that the front row is where it’s at killed me. The back row is where it’s at bc it’s more intense, whippy and you get better airtime
I also lost my voice screaming at those roller coasters and I wasn't even there 😂
The camera quality is so smooth! Good job
Grew up with season passes to Six Flags Great America and now I live in Florida too :-)
“Flegs”. That’s a true Wisconsin man right there
Kyle love this. We just got home from Wisconsin and have family in Fond Du Lac County. We visited the Wisconsin Dells too. My boys loved it. Can't wait to see your next video
Almost to Wisconsin Dells! About 20mins and the fun begins
How awesome you guys are there! I used to work there ( actually when I work there it was Marriott's Great America)I grew up in Rockford Illinois and worked there summers.. I played piano in the snowshoe saloon and play piano and conducted in the music Hall I also made caramel apples and worked the autos
I grew up in Chicago and we went every summer to six flags great memories
my fav is when alexa taught you the viper fingersign(?) lol we miss u alexa! loving the bro sis chemistry you two are having✨
Glad they let you film on most of the rides! Nice to see the POVs.
They snuck the cameras on the rides
I’ve lived in Illinois my whole life and I love going to six flags every year (except when it was closed because covid).
I would love to see you go to Cedar Point! It's a fun and big amusement park with LOTS of thrills!
Your Six Flags Great America is like a mix of our Six Flags Magic Mountain and Great America here in California haha. I'd love to see a vlog a of the attractions in Mall of America!
Wait I totally forgot about the rides In the mall of America in Minnesota
