I used this song to write a chapter of my book in which the main character almost dies fighting alone against four powerful witches. There is a moment where I describe how she surrenders to death, while surrounded by a sea of fire, after having killed them all, covered in blood and ashes. It made my skin crawl, combining it with this song!
I have probably listened to this song at least 50 times. It needs headphones so you can soak up each note and feel the bass in your heart. It leads to a beautiful crescendo which just makes my whole chest fill up with emotion and I feel goosebumps. Honestly, one of the most beautiful pieces if music I have ever heard!
@@thomasadamhabuda I don't think there will ever be a day I don't fall in love with this song. Thank you for sharing this with the world. You are very talented!
Nossaaa. Que lindo! Realmente somente com fone pra sentir o arranjo musical. Que belo trabalho. Ouço praticamente todos os dias Eternal. Você é o regente?
Sometimes, a piece of music, writing or even a painting can evoke powerfull emotions. Now I am writing a character for my D&D campaign and this piece of music suites him well for he is a wise, helpful and good character with the best of intentions and he will play an important role in this story. I could see him giving words of advice or guidance to the characters and when they face despair he will let go of a spark which will reignite both the characters' and players' hopes. His presence, his words everything about him can give only positive emotions and when the story will end he will say to the characters "Here at last, at the world's end... Comes the end of our fellowship. You hear that? (nothing is sounded but the wind)" "It's the deep breath before the plunge. Once you go down there, there's no going back." "Come here and give me your hands" He then will destow upon them a divine gift, which can be given to a mortal only by a god and once it's done he will start fading away with these last words "My time has finally come. I played my role and this is my exit. I know this is strange to you mortals, but our time as gods has come to an end. I searched for so long and now you five are the ones who will bring the dawn of a new age, so go and end the mistakes of godhood and crown yourselves heroes of the world. People already know you are here doing this. Now go, hasty and free like the wind, go forth and save your world... My. Champions... Goodbye, my friends..." And as he says the final line, all his body will be gone apart from his face. They will see a tear going down his eye and then... The god who was with them will be gone
I dedated this song to my old man Scott showalter and show him that I can play the hardest instrument in this world. I want him to know that I appreciate all this years of all his sacrifice to me . And for my appreciation of token I want to show him that I can do . I love u
spoiler alert I swear this is the perfect song for the last scene of the second book of crescend city when Bryce has to run away and kiss hunt for the last time before going through the portal. I cannot picture better fit.
Heard this amazin track in some sad movie. But in the movie it was only cellos, as I remember (but it is not exactly). Can someone tell me what kind of movie it is? upd. remembered - "Arrival" movie. Max Richter - On The Nature Of Daylight (Entropy)

It feels 100x more when you've actually kissed someone goodbye and the next time you see them they are missing the liveliness in their eyes.
1:09: Reminds me of Max Ritcher's 'On the nature of daylight'.
that's true
Exactly , that is what i thinking too
Oh my god. It's amazing how beautiful the violins sound in this piece, especially at the end. The melody makes you fall in love with it.
