  • Throughout 30 days I was walking an average of 20'000 steps a day. At first I didn't knew, what a positive Impact Walking had not only on my weightloss journey but even more what mental benefits I had.
I'm talking about my personal experiences here and hope to hear from you how many steps your making throughout your days?

I like your drive👌🏼 I would suggest you listen into Andrew Hubermans podcast. He offers tons of applicable tools and protocols (alongside knowledge) free of charge. If you haven’t already, learn about circadian rhythm and timing, especially at sunrise, noon and at sunset. Your light environment dictates most all of your physiological/metabolic pathways. A good or bad light environment in an otherwise healthy individual can make a night and day difference, even regarding body composition ;)

Thank you very much😊. I actually started to take note from Andrew Hubermann and slowly starting to implement a few things into my life as well. Thank you very much for the detailed explanation, learned something new today😊👍🏾.

I walk in the morning with my dog. I walk around the corridors of my workplace, which is four city blocks long, and I walk before coming home and I walk after dinner. On a very good day I can hit 14.000. On an average day maybe 10-12 thousand. And some days I struggle to get 10K.
How you can ever get 20k in a day for 30 days is beyond me.
Did you install a walking machine at your office desk?
Are you mail carrier ? A sleep walker? How? How? How?

It was during my semester abroad and I had more time.
That's why I was literally walking about 3 hours per day. I was walking fast paced 50 minutes to Uni and back. Spent a lot of my evenings walking around the city to explore. I never took any buses. That was my formula.
Going to try 30k for a week. That's going to be interesting to see. Props to you for being so active and doing so many steps. :)
