So, I tried calling customer service 4 times and twice they actually just hung up on me! Then, they acted like we had a bad connection and they couldn’t hear me! I feel like I’m in the twilight zone!

I purchased a green dot visa card at smith's and the scanned last four number on the verification does not match those on the card

I got the Green Dot Pay As You Go, and then I got 4 different Debit Banks on me.

@@TheDasia41 ​​⁠Mine works and I activated mine with no problems, so what gives? Maybe scammers got the card info somehow and drained it before you could use it?🤔🤷‍♂️

Debb it's me Robert, I had put $193 on one to pay my light bill, well I know you have to wait 30 minutes to activate them after buying them so I tried and nothing. Next day I took it in an the manager spent 3 hours on the phone saying receipt, item and boxing is all correct to which it took em 2 more days. But I did get it eventually.
