Here's a Tip that worked for me. For years I kept trying to leave my body. But I was trying to leave my body by raising it up/or taking it with me. When I let go of my body in my mind I built or new body made out of light and energy. It took me months of going to bed and building this new body. Then one night I saw it. It was a body shaped but was made of light and energy. My old body stayed in bed and my new body took a flight. My method is Ground, Cleanse and Protect before sleep and communicate with the Creator and my Guardian Angel to experience what I would like.

At the age of 3 or 4 I'd find myself in places or with people I'd never met. At about 4, I was at a park with a man similar to the man on Dragnet, the show. He asked if I wanted to see something neat and placed in my hand a thin, flat , black rectangle device that was playing a cartoon. This was something I had wished for as a child in the 1960s, with big massive tvs. I could watch cartoons in every room of the house. I asked if I could keep it, he smirked, grinned and said oh no. Not for awhile. I thought he was mean. In my adulthood I would have called him an asshole. Had many severe illnesses in my life, loosing parts of my memory. When cell phones came out is when that memory came back. I always thought this man was a figment as I've met him a few times. I finally believed when in my early teen years, some bizarre ufo shit was going on at a farmers field next to our property. Me and my brother tried seeking out but was met by the same Dragnet man and his silent sidekick, dark sunglasses and all at 10:00 at night. We ran into them in our garden and he told us to listen to our dad and go back home. I thought it was just another dream till a year later my brother suddenly remembered about the guys in the suits. He kept repeating that he's not supposed to remember. To this day he will not talk about and looks terrified. But a week after that experience, he snuck out to the neighbors field. Found a round globe levitating off the ground. He said it was brighter than the sun. He got grounded. But the amount of military vehicles that showed up that night was weird because they hardly make a sound. Even the helicopter. They told my dad and the farmer not to tall about it as they could loose their property and jobs. So where would a man with 8 kids move to and start over? Weird.

I've only done it one time. Didn't try to do it either. Went from my bed, to a graveyard like nothing out of the norm thinking it's a dream, heard a crow then it flew down looking like those Weeping Angels, last thing I remember before waking up was being put into a bright af white room & a loud voice telling me to stay put

One can easily say our conciousness going to continue after the death and also exists before birth. Nobody comes back from death to prove this except some NDE . Only Budhism has best answers to these. When you die your energy body wont just appear like its said in this video. That is only one instance. If anyone is interested in learning they should dig deeper into budhims. The energy body is called Gandhabba in Budhism.
. A gandhabba changes with time (just like everything else). In fact, it is even possible that if a gandhabba properly receives merits from a giving (dāna) he/she can gain a deva or Brahma bhava and be born instantly in such a realm.
On the other hand, another human gandhabba, who had been engaged in behavior appropriate for an animal (say, a dog) in the previous human life, could cultivate those “dog sañkhāra” as a gandhabba and slowly transform into a “dog gandhabba” while in paraloka.
When we think about these possibilities we realize how complex life is, and why we need to be mindful of the consequences of our actions. Not only that, we need to avoid doing things mechanically and understand the reasons behind even meritorious actions like almsgiving (dāna). I have seen many alms giving's that are conducted in a “party-like” atmosphere. One needs to do it with the proper mindset with the gandhabba(s) in mind.

Remote viewing is not going there in an astral body. It's just remote viewing.
There are three levels of simulation, heaven, the ghost/angel level, and the material universe. In each of these levels there are only three dimensions. Instead of using the word dimension you should use the word density.

read book of daniel. the day and hour of the second coming is not given. But the year is. The issue is believer's expectations vs the creator's. Why do we still have Jews today, and not all Christians? They didn't choose Jesus. Why? They don't believe he is their savior. Why? He doesn't match their expectations, thus he came like a thief in the night, and they didn't know the day or the hour.... They could have figured out the year but for most, prophecy is best for hindsight. For affirming their choice. Muslims look at Christians in the same way (ie they missed the boat). Every age picks and chooses from holy text what fits their expectations. Remember what happened when moses came down from the mountain? everyone was ready for the new refreshing, the teachings of the new age or era? No, they weren't. They went back to their old teachings and made a golden calf (literally the symbol of their age). Moses and god's revelations to him were the end time of that age and the beginning of a new one. Did the world come to an end? No, it's figurative. It's metaphor. Then they walked around in circles in the desert until a new generation grew up and the die hards died out. People are people and have their own biases and expectations. In every religion in every time they subconsciously pick and choose from religion what fits their bias and expectations and preferences. You won't ever see the truth in any religious text until you let go of the outcome. You have to be unattached to the outcome.
