You’re awesome! I was able to fix my left rear motor arm. Your directions were right on! I never used a solder before, but I got it done. Thanks again!
you no guys make it look so easy thanks
Thanks for this video! 🙌🙌
I managed to change the leg by myself. Also had to change the axis part from inside the drone, but that came out pretty easily by using a little bit of force on the frame to bend it enough.
Hardest part was soldering back the wires, last time I soldered was over 20 years ago, so maybe that's why too :D
Thank you for that valuable lesson
I had to rewatch the video, glad it was there...
Good video thank you
from sri lanka🇱🇰🙏🌷
This is very helpful. I crashed my Mavic 2 from 3ft off the ground, and the rear leg over extended. It still flies, but I'll replace the leg just for my own piece of mind. I don't want to get into trouble on a windy day, or at 400ft above ground level.
thanks for this nice video. after watching this a couple times i replaced both back legs on a M2P. I had not soldered electronics before so there was a little bit of a learning curve beginning, although not really that bad. i did buy a high-watt soldering iron with a fine tip to deal with the little led joints. Unfortunately the two legs weren't the only problem and the ESC board (that has all the solder joints for front and back) needed replaced. The ESC board was actually pretty simple to swap. The wires can be held in place with the little black clips then just use the solder that already comes on the board.
Nice Work and well done speaking and explaining in your video !
Wow finally the identical frame and arm... although I now 2 wrong replacement arms for 2 different drones.... my arm.. has a grey back cover on the motor and the arm itself seems how be longer than these replacements they keep sending us! It is not only difficult to find the perfect repair video but it is difficult to find the right components! Thank you
Very good this video
Theres a whole bit missing at the beginning! You tell us about the hex screws at the front of the drone then at 1:06 the video skips to a point where the front cover is removed but it doesn't come off. Whats missing please?
Mantap bro sy suka video ini salam kenal 👍✌️
Great video
How can i take the front cover plate off, in the video it vanishes.......
keep upload the video dude
thank you for the video. With which adhesive are the LED cables fixed / glued
1:06 - Front sensor cover plate vanishes. How did that come off??
Lol, I'm like " when did he take it off"
Very easy to understand I wish I had that job I probably think that it is easy to understand because i do alot of different things like this with my terrible drone compared to dji drones
What about front arm ripped from body and metal pins bent and body broken on bottom don’t think just arm will fix it?
Hello, excellent video, can you confirm where exactly the compass is located? Thanks
With which adhesive are the LED cables fixed / glued
Do you have a video for a dji mavic 2s
Hi Jack this helped me, subscribed for more repair content I’m hoping to not use 😂
Is this the same for the mavic air 2?
Thanks for the name and FAA #
Hi,
My motor have a sand.
How disassembled it.
My problem is the magnetic cup
Pl. Make a video Phantom 4 pro gimbal how to yaw recenter
What if you just cut the wire and join the wires instead of touching the board? Less risky repair!?
sir i am from bangladesh need help pls.....hello dear i have mavic 2 pro and crushed the gimble yaw...and i repleced new yaw arm and turn on my drone and in a second gimbal pitch motor was burned....i faced same thing about 2 time with 2 separate mavic 2 pro.....can u find out this problem why happened this?
Hi guys, I have just watched this video while trying to repair my M2P rear arm.
I have had some great success removing the arm and wires but have also found that the arm axis motor/joint is missing the right angled price of metal where you put the screw back in the new arm.
I have removed as many screws as I can get too but the rear sensor assembly is in the way.
Do you have a video showing how to remove and replace this item.
Thanks in advance
Replying to over 2 year old post, but if anyone benefits from this, why not...
I was also thinking i need to remove the rear sensor assembly to get the axis part out of the drone, but turned out the frame bends just enough to be able to pull it out between the frame and the sensor assembly, so just go ahead and bend the frame, it wont break that easily.
i have an error because of the new arm
I just did a minute video that shows the rear bracket, inside.
Does this company actually sell any parts or just repair? I somehow cracked the left front landing foot on my mavic 2, and hate to have to replace the whole arm for it. I'd love to just buy the foot.
most definately

Lots videos about replace easier part which is rear arm😅😅
Rear arm is situated at easy place and have only 3 cables for soldering. But front arm is not easy, lots more cables for soldering plus aerial connector.
Great video and almost perfect, but you skipped out on an important part. You never explained how to remove the front cover where the 2 sensors are. At 1:05 your video skips it and goes on to the next part. Ohh well. I guess many of us will have to figure it out or watch another video. Thanks anyways.
Love how the very first thing is the nose piece is just magically off? No explanation. Just off.
Thanks for the video but very hard to see what you’re doing. So really doesn’t help all that much
ofc they dont want you to see, this video is just an add for the company
You assume we know how that arm was connected to the drone. In my case, the motor snapped off, and the arm was not dangling like your example. It took a while to figure out how to safely remove that pivot point from the socket. It doesn't just fall out. there's also a plastic sleeve that acts as a bearing - covered with some kind of silicon lubricant. And you skipped how the nose piece is safely removed. One second it's there - then it's not. And your co-workers don't seem to care that you're trying do a freakin' video - I give this a C-
This video shows you how to replace a broken rear arm on the mavic 2 not a broken arm bracket / pivot point. 2 different repairs.

@@dds-djidroneservice5959 and for back axis bracket? How to plug the arm to the drone? Iv bough a second hand left rear arm, came with the bracket, but it's impossible to plug it to the drone with out having to do something else here. Any help is appreciated! I'm doing video activism for ecology projects, volunteer ( that's how I broak my drone) thank you for any help!
thank you for the video. With which adhesive are the LED cables fixed / glued
