    Perfeito, excelente conteúdo. Gostei do alerta, pois apesar de saudáveis existe a possibilidade de algumas não nos fazer bem, como por exemplo as cítricas no caso de problemas gástricos.

    Ótimos esclarecimentos! Consumo frutas com frequência! Prefiro as frescas...Raramente tomo sucos! Gosto de vitamina com frutas! Bananas, ñ gosto muito maduras, mesmo na vitamina, muito doce...
