Prior to recording this video I did not know if the banlist would transition for us and it actually is which means this tier list is 100% valid for next format! Below is a message from the official Bandai One Piece TCG company regarding this list.

R/PLuffy is way up there. He can win Enel easy using Purple 10 cost Luffy plus Red Shanks10 cost just blow up the boddies that Enel use for healing. We test a lot with natural 6 k leaders.
R/P luffy is very good in OP08 as well.

Idk I have a vegapunk deck I love seeing nami decks I go full tilt aggro on them dropping a 6k attack turn 1 and 2 and 3 and just later turns full Don sends really puts a clock on them rather then me

Do you think blue doffy, if played properly, can be the world's best deck and come #1 - this is coming from someone choosing between doffy, Enel and moria to main with intentions to participate at world's next year.
Well you can’t really put a deck for worlds right now fam. By the time worlds comes around next year we will have 3-5 new sets so i can’t really give you an answer on how any of the current decks will perform for next years worlds.

I’ve played every single deck listed excluding the purple decks so show me your OP08 results on these decks. Sounds like some favoritism here.
@@Painflacko There are quite a few points to cover, so I'll start with a couple. First, whether this is a complete OP08 tier list (including ST15-20) or just OP02 on release, Pudding shouldn't be anywhere near Tier 1. If you understand how the Pudding deck operates, you'd know it can't compete with many of the faster decks. Another point is about Lucci. The Stage strategy was mainly used for RP Law and post-ST Doffy, but with RP Law gone and new Jack characters introduced in OP08, Lucci should actually rank a bit higher than Tier 2. You may have played a lot of decks, but that doesn't necessarily mean you fully understand their weaknesses or how they operate in different matchups. I don't need to prove my understanding of the OP08 tier list-I'm not a streamer or RUclipsr, but you are. Lol.
I might not have time to go over everything, but since you asked, my Tier 1 list would include Lucci, Enel, Doffy, and BY Luffy. Nami could also be up there, but since the deck requires complex gameplay, I don't expect every player to do it correctly, so I'd leave her in Tier 2.
Seems like everything is based off feel and no hard results with actual numbers and play in tournaments. Every deck that was in tier 1 has some type of championship win in OP08. Even if a deck “feels strong” i go by hard results from tournaments. Until the number of winning decks shows exactly what you feel or what you think may be good it means nothing if there is no hard data backing your claims. Also if there is a deck in tier 2/A1 that did win a ship, it requires high knowledge of that deck and to pilot the deck almost perfectly. Thanks for the discussion but until I see some hard data with topping decks from tournaments this is the most accurate tier list to date.
