    One thing I like about your videos is you cram so much info in them, you do not waste my time or yours. Well done and thank you.

    It's only for when you're using a T8.1 magazine and a 12g co2. You won't notice a difference using the stock magazine. But a 12g co2 will blow out the stock oring on the first shot if the marker is turned all the way up.

      Uh why the hell is that?? Please explain atleast briefly

      What difference does a a magazine make?

    • @ScaredyCatTactical
      @ScaredyCatTactical 4 года назад +1

      Very good to know! It's surprising to me that the calculated 15% increase in power with the T8.1 magazine (based on size/#shots) could make such a difference.

  • @LokiLL999
    @LokiLL999 5 лет назад +4

    well consider the upgrade to avoid blowout if you using it for self defense. id want to know if its a better material or less likely to blow out vs the stock o-ring.

    • @Chiinnature
      @Chiinnature  5 лет назад +6

      With the stock o-ring the common blow-out is because people are shooting projectiles that are too light (such as pepperballs or paintballs) and there is not enough force pushing back the bolt. I have done a test shooting full power on the atom6 pickle and they are mega light weight. After 3 shots the o-ring blew out already. That's the problem with high power. If you shoot normal paintball power, it's fine and they won't blow out.
      This o-ring upgrade , yes it is better material, more fitting and does have a better seal to it. Much tougher material too. You can tell when you squeeze! So it is for sure better than stock o-ring and better for us high power users. Yet it wont magically add power to your gun

    I was under the impression that if your gonna use the 8.1 mags with a 12gm on a fsc you should change the heat core o ring because it will blow the o ring not for upping the fps

  • @danielquesnel130
    @danielquesnel130 3 года назад +1

    There is a limit on how powerful you can make the FSC-The stock o-rings blow out.Gotta change them to Urethane o-rings to shoot past 50 joules.

    Can you show how you put the new o-rings in? That would have been a much more suited video for the title you put. Thank Chin

    If I'm understanding correctly, with your direct and nicely controlled comparison of stock magazine to T8.1 magazine with this high power setup, there really wasn't much change in average FPS. Maybe a very small increase at best from the larger size CO2. Other than 2 extra shots and cheaper cost, I don't see much evidence for greater power per shot. I guess the advantage only becomes evident at the very highest power, almost max?

    • @Chiinnature
      @Chiinnature  4 года назад

      Doesnt matter THAT much to be honest. I would opt for the 8g for "real" use because it is easier to carry. Normal use is 12g for the $ issue. 8g N2 cartridges will work better than Co2 in freezing temp like in the sub30C something like that in Canada...

    Love the videos. Quick question:
    I installed the heatcore oring (new black one) on my fsc, and it fits so much tighter that the bolt doesn't slide around as freely as with the stock one. It felt so tight by hand that i thought it was a problem and put the stock one back without test firing. Is that tightness normal? It was well seated and oiled, i even tried with a second heatcore oring, same thing. I would think the bolt would want to slide as freely as possible to reduce power loss to friction
    Thanks

    The Milig Heat Core O-Ring blow under CO 2 Pressure to 1 Inch Diameter. Then he go out of the Firing Bolt. You can test it.

    Is there a difference in first strike fsc or grinburg fsc? Or is it the same thing?

    • @liltimmybrickedps5801
      @liltimmybrickedps5801 3 года назад

      Could be caliber size. Grimburg rounds are 8 grams @(0.686 cal). First strike rounds are 3.5 grams that are supposed to fit first strike barrels with a bore size of (0.683 cal).first strike is the paintball company, and Grimburg is the makers of the Heatcore O ring, and 8 gram rounds. You’ll need the correct barrel for specific rounds. Grimburg barrel for Grimburg rounds or find the correct barrel bore size.

    Hi. On the 8.1/9.1 the milsig o-ring works very well to have more power and not blow out the o-ring, you can tune it very high after that without o-ring problems, check this, more than 50/60 joules : facebook.com/groups/846982325660103/permalink/882239068801095/

    • @Chiinnature
      @Chiinnature  5 лет назад

      yes it can but doesn't make sense to make it only do 1 or 2 shots out of a 12g co2. Will tune up with the t9.1 and hpa tanks later on for fun
