@@heidihunny4890 I meant like literally came in too confident. His walk to the cage was really relaxed and Chandler was pretty nervous when it really mattered.
What’s crazy to me is we all questioned Oliveira’s heart and grit, and he proved us all wrong in the biggest fight of his life. No wonder he wrote “heart” to describe himself when he first entered the UFC.
You either got it purposefully wrong or you didn't listen properly. Chael clearly said you won't see submissions until guys get tired. Conor in 4th round, Dustin in 3rd round, Anyone who watched those fights knew both were tired. Gaethje was the only exception.
@@vishalwhite bro gaethje was tired too in 2nd round. He cant breathe fromb his nose .he breathe from his mouth which make it even worse . Gaethje was on his back foot all first round.
I strongly disagree with Chael's take on this. The threat of the sub is what made Chandler lose the fight, he was trying to survive in the first minutes of the fight and the threat of the sub, is what made Chandler overly zealous when Oliveira pulled guard after getting rocked badly, Chandlee wasn t very confident staying in his guard throwing bombs.
“Question...are you aware that I picked Michael chandler over olivera? What does that mean? That means my curse is very well alive, oh yeah and go buy these glasses that stop some stupid light coming into your eyes”
Diden't stun me, fighters with as few attributes as Chandler, only has the lucky punch against a well rounded technictian like Olives, who can escape and evolve on the spot.
I have to admit I didn't know this about Charles oliviera but I have to say it's truly awesome and honorable to see someone chasing the more important things in life that fulfill them but more importantly benefits so many people that truly need the help and raise their aspirations and prove they to can chase the dream and still make a positive impact on the people closest to them and thousands and possibly even millions of people around the world! I believe this sport is so important and truly brings out the best in some people and potentially the worst in others. We saw 3 fighters tonight and 2 of them winner's,that have truly stood up for something more simple and honorable doing their part to positively impact people and make a difference in their own way! If you don't know what I'm referring to? Charles feeds, educates, inspires, buys medicine and toys for the people of his favela! Benell helped build a religious place to benefit and help children and people! Michael Chandler adopted a boy somewhere between the age of 6-9months old. He is black and Michael and his wife truly believe in him and love him as he is their birth son. This is truly remarkable and a tall task in today's political and racial environment. Especially being a white mother and father to a black son. I believe the Chandler family is 100% proving to the world nomatter your Race,Religion, Background you can make a real difference in the life of a person and race shouldn't affect positive change. If you watch the interview and questions asked by Din Thomas asking Michael? "How do you as a white man properly raise a black son in America today?" Anyone can see the best in Michael and see he is a good person with honesty, love, positive intentions and trying very hard to raise his son properly! This sport we love dearly is truly about more than the blood and violence the casuals complain about. It brings the best out in many people. "If you don't know? Know you know!"
I normally look at someone in the eyes when they're talking but I couldn't stop looking at Chandler's left ear at the post fight presser. I swear to God that at one point it was waving at me.
Very powerful ending, im from brazil and i wasn't a huge fan of his, didn't believe he could beat Ferguson or even Kevin Lee, that's a crazy run that he's on right now

@@heidihunny4890 I meant like literally came in too confident. His walk to the cage was really relaxed and Chandler was pretty nervous when it really mattered.
@@glassfanatic6691 Oliveira been in the game for more than 10 years now he’s a veteran
@@nightskys5226 okay great.
He Stunned you?! Imagine what Chandler Felt 😂
What’s crazy to me is we all questioned Oliveira’s heart and grit, and he proved us all wrong in the biggest fight of his life. No wonder he wrote “heart” to describe himself when he first entered the UFC.
Now we have the glasses back story! We always need a back story!
We have learned that Ariel's basement interview is the only thing that can save a main event fighter against the Chael curse in Usman vs Masvidal
“Nobody gets tapped out in high level title fights”
Chael - Taps out to Anderson Silva in world title fight.
Chael - You cant submit guys in high level fight.
Khabib - Hold my last 3 fight wins 😂
You either got it purposefully wrong or you didn't listen properly. Chael clearly said you won't see submissions until guys get tired. Conor in 4th round, Dustin in 3rd round, Anyone who watched those fights knew both were tired. Gaethje was the only exception.
@@vishalwhite bro gaethje was tired too in 2nd round. He cant breathe fromb his nose .he breathe from his mouth which make it even worse . Gaethje was on his back foot all first round.
@@ufcguyfreefights1036 lol! Then you accept ?? Then why the hell did you make the comment dude?
I strongly disagree with Chael's take on this.
The threat of the sub is what made Chandler lose the fight, he was trying to survive in the first minutes of the fight and the threat of the sub, is what made Chandler overly zealous when Oliveira pulled guard after getting rocked badly, Chandlee wasn t very confident staying in his guard throwing bombs.
“Question...are you aware that I picked Michael chandler over olivera? What does that mean? That means my curse is very well alive, oh yeah and go buy these glasses that stop some stupid light coming into your eyes”
Calm down buddy
Surprise Surprise the streak is back!
Chael done it again 👍🤣
“The good guys don’t get submitted” - Chael. On the night that Jacare got his arm broken in a submission
One of the dumbest things he's ever said
@@kristo2037 and that’s really saying something lol
Really well said by Chael, he should be proud of this video.
Chael as a delivery man:
“I only bring this to you because I work for UPS.”
Yes he stunned the whole community and great performance from Chandler as well, congratulations to the new lightweight champ Oliviera
Diden't stun me, fighters with as few attributes as Chandler, only has the lucky punch against a well rounded technictian like Olives, who can escape and evolve on the spot.
@@ivankrusejensen5476 I was impressed by his jujitsu defense in the first round. I thought Charles was gonna choke him out.
@@ivankrusejensen5476 Who the f are you mate
😆
He's a fight expert
Yeah that was a truly shocking fight. Olivera's left hand is no joke.
Chael also stunned me with all the tweets he put out
I have to admit I didn't know this about Charles oliviera but I have to say it's truly awesome and honorable to see someone chasing the more important things in life that fulfill them but more importantly benefits so many people that truly need the help and raise their aspirations and prove they to can chase the dream and still make a positive impact on the people closest to them and thousands and possibly even millions of people around the world!
Chael the type of guy to say submissions don’t work in title fight, when he got triangled in a title fight
Chael just gave us the worst news ever😪: that he'll never say Charlie Olives ever again😅
I normally look at someone in the eyes when they're talking but I couldn't stop looking at Chandler's left ear at the post fight presser. I swear to God that at one point it was waving at me.
I wake up this morning to share with you that Chael's curse is back.
You only tell us this why? Is it the intangibles?
chael, this is by FAR, the best video you have made!!! i am proud of you.
Ok now those frames look good Chael. They hold the orange tints well
Very powerful ending, im from brazil and i wasn't a huge fan of his, didn't believe he could beat Ferguson or even Kevin Lee, that's a crazy run that he's on right now
No one:
Absolutely No One:
Uncle Chael: Charles Oliveira Stunned Me.
The moment Chael said he bet on Chandler I knew immediately to put my bets on Oliveira. So in a way, thanks Chael you made me $6000 richer
Nice, how much did u bet to get 6000?
@@andrewcheng2852 I made a three way bet and the wager was $3000.
@@oumarcoulibaly4669 Hell yea dude
It’s one of the best fights all time for me already. Never been so happy for someone becoming champ.
Hey, Sonnen.
I am a Brazilian who hoped for his defeat, and even created antipathy for you because of the words to Anderson Silva years ago.
I was very young, I didn't know that the psychological part outside the octagon was part of the game.
Today I recognize how great you were in the middle. And it was studied for the other generation as if it were the media game for the marriage of fights.
I was thrilled at the end of this video with his words to Charles Oliveira, man. Congratulations, for the attitude.
Small attitudes make all the difference, this one made you win a subscriber. And I’m going to make you a lot more out of it. book it.
With affection, Gustavo.
