I recently had my suspension revalved and serviced for my riding style for the first time ever. I rode on the stock suspension for a season and decided it was time to finally upgrade the one thing that felt like it was holding me back. (aside from my body position and conditioning)

Best way to do it is by using your legs and practice not putting too much focus on your hands/grip unless you’re making a diamond shape to keep elbows wide and shoulders square, from my experience.
