They should be in a group home or some other setting where they can receive guidance and protection from those who would prey on them. I see no issue in his support of them, but I don't think they are in the right setting for their needs.

My grandmother tessie from ireland had a horrible time with drink her whole life, it was only until she was in her 70s she stopped, i always remember my mum saying she got her mum back for ten years before she passed on, and that was good enough for her.

Sorry to see the girls lost to this disease of alcoholism, they need to go to regular meetings, the support of others is very helpful I have heard. Lovely to see the boys trying so hard to get better and walk. There is no cure for CP but their life can be made easier. I used to teach twins with Cerebral palsy, they were so lovely and tried so hard.

For a girl with a projected lifespan of 21 years, 😥 I am concerned with how she is doing since her hospital stay. After all, that visit was late last Summer, and she has been under treatment for perhaps seven months. We need an update. Separate issue, but does Lera need speech therapy? If so, I know it is less important than her immune system, but I am concerned about her weak and slurred speech. May God continue to smile upon your work! 🙏

It's great to see the boys doing well. They are a lovely family. As for Tanya, I dont know what else you can do. If you give them money, they will buy alcohol. Sorry to see the girls lost to this disease of alcoholism, they need to go to regular meetings, the support of others is very helpful I have heard. Lovely to see the boys trying so hard to get better and walk. There is no cure for CP but their life can be made easier. I used to teach twins with Cerebral palsy, they were so lovely and tried so hard.
Thank you Sergei! One concern: Lera saying she is "OK" is not enough. Did you not ask her Mother any further questions? For a girl with a projected lifespan of 21 years, 😥 I am concerned with how she is doing since her hospital stay. After all, that visit was late last Summer, and she has been under treatment for perhaps seven months. We need an update. Separate issue, but does Lera need speech therapy? If so, I know it is less important than her immune system, but I am concerned about her weak and slurred speech. May God continue to smile upon your work! 🙏

Tanya and her sister are cognitively impaired and are likely functioning at the level of 10-12 yr. old children, if that. They also exhibit outward facial characteristics of fetal alcohol syndrome. They need psychological and medical evaluations and should be placed in a setting such as a group home where they can receive guidance and protection from those who would prey on them, such as the man who is currently abusing them. Many in the comment thread seem to think they are adults who are making continually bad decisions. This is not the case. They are essentially children who will believe anything they are told and are easily influenced. They are very vulnerable and cannot live independently. Due to my profession and experience, I recognize the characteristics and behaviors.

Night and day. The young girls, you help and help and help some more with nothing but their drama and their hands out. You are only their bank. On the other hand you walk in to see mom and her kids and the smiles and updates. They aren't where they want to be yet but they are working hard to get there. I hope you never feel deflated by the ppl that don't care because there are people that do care and clearly love and appreciate you walking in and changing their lives for the better!

This same situation happens here ,in America. People with no jobs living off a disabled,older person. These individuals don't contribute any money for food or toilet paper or rent. It's terrible. And once you get rid of the leeches..the disabled person invites them back ,to financially abuse them.,yet again.

What i do feel is the 2 boys and sister have a future , because of YOU and they have a loving family who care , Hopefully these children will lead a healthy productive life , and help there parents in old age .
