Burnley fan and love coming up to watch Celtic. Most English fans think Scottish footy is crap. I think it’s terrific and Celtic are a brilliant team. Brown is a brilliant player. Bit peeved with some Celtic fans last night getting on their back towards the end for no reason. Hamilton did their job brilliantly. And nearly pulled it off. So getting at Celtic won’t have helped. Let's start by saying "the rangers "2013 were beaten by alloa and needed a replay to get past albion rovers.3rd league Scottish.
I was 6 rows behind the goal Broony scored in and the game was utter pish, the end was absolute bedlam and with Rangers drawing, I left the game feeling the same way I did after Lazio which is hilarious, but that was an exciting last few minutes after 90 minutes of players trying their best to avoid injury and just get through this game to get to Sunday
Moravcik 25 yeah, wish they scored 5 minutes in because we didn’t get going until we needed to and if they scored earlier we would’ve blown them well away

I love Scotish football. Some say that Celtic wouldn't survive in the English Premier League but why when they play English teams are the scores very close. Now give them the Premier League money and they would do very well indeed
Lord Rupert If Clubs like Burnley Bournemouth and Southampton can survive in the Premier League then so could Celtic & Rangers. They get crowds of 60.000 at home games and with the EPL money they would do just fine.
Imagine celtic had the premiership budget and with our support we would be top five in a few seasons.

This bolting down the wing then across field through his runners (to shoot and miss) with a striker in space.... is something you get away with if you score, or as a shock tactic every couple of games - like Ajer running through from defence.
He's glory hunting.

Henrik, Lubo.... Lionel..... all the great players know when to pass the ball.
The timing of the pass, or the cross is one of the skills of the best players - and Jamesy has to get his head around that fact and not try to out-magic Christie or Mikey or Eddie because he wants love from the fans.

He does have his fair share of creating goals and scoring but yes his decision making is terrible. But its not just him. Theres too many of them not picking the pass for clear goals but instead doing a greedy and failing miserabley

Celtic have been playing with a lot of ability and confidenc this seaon. Domestically and on the continent, but in this game, as it progressed, at 1-0 to the 'Tic they seemed to be snapping at half chances....Just settle and the goals will come ffs lol
You forget we've got a cup final to play, this was just a practice match dont loose the game but dont do anything too flashy and risk getting injuries.

That’s 2/2 games against Hamilton this season where we only beat them by one goal. Brian Rice seems to be a pretty good coach. Might be able to get them up to 7th or 8th this season.
Big Bobey When they play either of the Glasgow teams they tend to shell up and put 10 men behind the ball. Even then, Celtic’s finishing was pretty poor in this game and on another night they would have put 3 or 4 past them.
Created a few chances in this game-away from home-and we should have got a draw against Rangers a few weeks ago.

It's a 60,000 seater stadium and they're playing Hamilton on a Wednesday night. Look at English grounds in the Europa League for an indication. Also Celtic have 52,500 season ticket holders nearly 6,000 from Ireland so it will probably be loads of them not being able to go.
Look at English clubs in the Europa League. Even the Champions League. The only clubs that would get over 50,000 against Hamilton on a winter midweek is maybe Man U and Liverpool.

Perhaps they don't take it for granted - especially when this season it is particularly close, and that we're on a good euro run too. And if we are expected to win - then we have high expectations - and the thing is - we're meeting them - so again, why shouldn't that be exciting? Tell me, who do you support? Unlucky Accies, battled well and very unlucky with the 'save' from the goal line. That could have gone either way. Just need to start turning performances to points. The gap between Rangers and Celtic has closed but I think Celtic will win it at the end of the season. Rangers don't seem to have that edge about them.
You are right. You are obviously an accies fan. For me Hamilton did their best and were disciplined and tactically astute. They went forward as much as they could. The fact that celtic needed an injury time goal to win tells you all you need to know.
