That new way of eating (not gonna call it a diet because it’s a lifestyle for your health) has given you a complete change. It’s like a new and improved you; I can hear it in your voice. Yes 🙌 no more injuries please😅 it’s truly lovely not having pain from them though, makes it a little less scary of I do get hurt. This WOE has definitely been a game changer in all aspects of my life❤️ thank you so so much for being here!!!

Hi Barbara, I hope you’re doing well. I broke my leg in 2006, U have 4 screws, let me tell you this, that’s the horrible pain that someone can have, mine was bad, that happened one Friday and I remember that they sent me home because no doctors were there to do the surgery, so I wait 2 days with that horrible pain and 3 months of recovery. Take care yourself, I wish you the best to you and your family as well. Blessings for everyone 🙏🌹♥️

I'm sorry to hear that you got hurt, I'm glad you are doing well! my oldest daughter pretty much broke everything in her body when she was young, of course at different times, I used to tell her that I should have put her in a bubble lol, I loved your video! It was great hearing you chat about everything! Felt like spending time with a great friend ❤ I agree, it doesn't seem like families spend alot of time together, I come from a very big family and we don't spend time together at all
Thank you! It is pretty much healed now and I’m so thankful it wasn’t worse! I’m so so sorry you and your daughter had to go through that. I can’t imagine. I really just started to get hurt all the time a few years ago. I don’t know what that’s all about. And yes I wish we could all get together more and just hand out!❤️

Oh Barb so sorry to hear about your accident. I broke my elbow in Nov 2022 and it never has been straight since. My orthopedic doctor had me off the sling in two weeks and using it. Keep working with it and do exercises as much as possible. My situation was a bit different since I had a knee replacement 4 weeks after I broke my elbow - so I couldn’t put a lot of weight on it and it ended up like it is. My dr said he can refer me to another doctor to have surgery and such but heck no, I can clean, cook, shower and wash my hair so I am just fine with it. So do your exercises and you will do good! Wishing for a very speedy recovery!!
I’m sorry you had to go through that too! And thank you so much! Mine can’t fully straighten yet. I’m going to keep working with it but if it stays like this I’m ok with it too. I was terrified I would need surgery. Thank you again!❤️

I broke my foot long time ago and it was hell.
I didn't go to the dokter right away,
Didn't think it was that bad, thougt it was only bruised.
2 days later I found out it was broken on 2 places 🙄
So difficult to shower while you can't stand on it the first few weeks.
My son was 2 years old at that time and I had to do it alone, it was hell!
Never want to do that again.

Happy Wednesday! I really like to use vinegar and lemon, baking soda, but I do favor Murphy oil soap for wood, and I like the sprayaway glass cleaner. For laundry tide is strong for me sensitive skin, I gravitate towards gain and snuggle ❤️

I’m sorry I couldn’t help but chuckle when I heard you say you fell again! I was like “nooo not again!!!!! Which is usually what my husband says when he find out I had an accident (fell down the stairs with the pressure washer….tore ligaments in my ankle and foot) so I know how you feel!!!
At our age things don’t heal quite as fast after a bit😂😂😂😂

Sorry to hear you got hurt I broke my wrist and couldn't move my hand it was in a plaster for 6 weeks so no your arm isn't broke I had to buy plastic gloves to put on over my cast to shower I got them of amazon

Yes, x-rays with a broken limb is crazy! 🌼 I am glad that you’re getting better day by day! 🌼 I have done parasailing, I feel that might be my most adventurous thing I have done🌼 Love the dishwasher and how the shelves are and compartments🌼 I do have Valentine’s, July 4th decor. 🌼 That would be fun to have you make things for these holidays if that is something you want to do. 🌼 I am the same way as you were mentioning when visioning something and having it work etc. 🌼 Lived the voiceover and catching up with how you are doing! What is the name of the blue paint on your bedroom wall??? I love that color and looking for that similar color for a specific space in our house!!!!
I can’t remember the name but it was at Walmart the cheapest paint😅 I added a couple of tablespoons of black paint and mixed it and it came out like this. Wish I could be more help. If I can find the color I’ll let you know ❤️

Always so satisfying to watch your cleaning motivation videos ! Around 34:38 when you moved the trash bag that was laying on the ground it almost look like it was filled with decluttered clothes. I hope not as I hope you'll film it if you ever need to toss old clothes that can't be donated or nicer paper clutter as I struggle so much to get rid of those 2 things 🤭

@@JUBARA That"s the good thing to do 😇 I've didn't meant that you shouldn't throw away the clothes that can't be donated, only that it's one of the things I struggle to toss and I always hope to see someone discarding their things that I'm struggling to. I can easely give away clothes that are still in good condition as it feels great to help people in needs, but when they can't be donated, I struggle to discard them 😆

Hope you feel better. I broke my collarbone and the first two people I saw said no surgery but the surgeon was insisting and had me in surgery within the week. It feels like the muscles are what hurt the most and not so much the bone. It was very displaced and shortened. So yeah it took months for me to heal. It’s been a year and four days since the accident. What’s crazy is this week I was told to could benefit from a surgery for my bladder. What is going on with the surgery distribution service? Why can’t I get a dog or a cat?!
Thank you! My arm is feeling great, still a little tender if I move it a certain way but extending fully. I’m so sorry you had to go through all of that. I know a lot of people personally getting surgery left and right. I’m not sure what’s going on with that. ❤️
