The Scarves that were sold in the lobby had Elvis's name and Hilton logo. The ones that he wore did not have his name or logo on them.
You´re right and this lady is not the first who tells us that she or he has those signed scarfs handed out by Elvis.

I don't think the lady is lying, though, but I know you are right. They scarves may have gotten mixed up, though.

Another little bit of trivia... although I'm a year too late in leaving this message... is that this particular August '75 engagement was cancelled after only five shows. Elvis was in poor health (or psyche), performed one opening show on 08/18, a dinner & midnight show on 08/19, a dinner & midnight show on 08/20 then vanished. The remainder of the engagement (another forty-some shows) was cancelled, Elvis flew back to Memphis and went straight into Baptist Memorial Hospital. Of all of his Vegas engagements from 1969-1976, the August 1975 had the least number of shows and, thus, the least number of scarves handed out. Yes, Elvis did perform "My Boy" during this show (I have a recording of this show, taped by an audience member), so the woman's story matches.
I cant believe how shes got her grubby hands all over it, no white gloves, no respect.
We always respect memorabilia and her hands are never grubby.

I never saw him give out a Hilton scarf. I was at a LOT of shows. The Celebrity Room was in the MGM hotel. I am not saying she is telling a lir but a Hilton scarf was NOT the norm.
You’re correct definitely not the norm but sometimes they did hand out Hilton scarves.
This scarf wasn,t worn by Elvis, it was sold at the lobby of the Hotel!!

It is true that these were sold in the lobby, however, there were a couple times, so we have been informed, that they ran out and they obtained some from the Hilton. Things are not always black and white and "always" if you have ever been on the road with a band, you know anything can happen and you have to be prepared to do what is neccessary to get the job done :) but good call!
just watched a video by spa guy he has done 3 videos and he talks with a expert on scarves and its true some time Elvis used the Hilton scarves and that makes it even more rare and with Elvis blood and sweat this should sell why above the starting price

No they don’t fetch more than 2-3k even one from Elvis’s girlfriend auctioned by Graceland fetched 2-3k. In 2016
I was in Gatlinburg TN they have dreams thrather the Elvis impersonator gave my lady one and was flirting w her I almost jumped on dude...

The scarves with the Hilton logo on them were not used by Elvis on stage. They were sold in the lobby of the Hilton as souvenirs. Elvis has his own scarves made for stage use that were different from the one the woman in this video has. Yeah, she might have been there, but memories get faulty over time. And it's easy to make up a story if you have a scarf, a menu, and a ticket stub. I'm not necessarily saying she is a liar. But her story just doesn't jive with reality.

Ah come on! Where is her ticket from the show that would have confirmed it. What she showed menu and poster was available later on. Blood is make up fool if real but it isn’t!

To new collectors out there , stay away from Autographs and Concerts scarfs purposively given out by Elvis. There is no proof that this scarf was given out by Elvis.Ive been collecting many years and have had the chance to purchase many of these scarfs but never have.. But I would purchase one at the value of the scarf . The blood story is also extremely hard to prove. You don't know where the blood stain came from or if its blood at all.
The idiot couldn’t figure out that it could be makeup but even so it’s an obvious fake souvenir store purchase. Where is her ticket of concert? Those menus are available on eBay.
