I discovered these guys when they opened for Jethro Tull I attended in 1979, New Haven, CT. Loved them & ran right out to buy this album, which I still have... :) thanks for the upload, great memories!
UK, Genesis and Happy The Man. I miss them and thank you for imortalizing something that is so incrediblely beautiful and will never be duplicated or surpassed!
Yeah! my next door neighbor in Canovanas, Puerto Rico had this LP and he would never let us borrow it. I hate you Pepito!! (LOL!!). Great to hear it now with Nothing to Lose.
I was one of the original UK fans. By 1980 I had "In the Dead of Night" and "Night after Night". They were one of the truely great "Super Groups". I was very dissappointed when Allan Holsworth left the band. Then when Bill Bruford left the party was over, but man, they made some great music for a minute.
Love Wetton's voice. He sounds still good. They were absolutely popular at that time in Japan. Bought UK album when I was kid but didn't know that "The" Terry Bozzio was part of the band. Excellent song too.
I once read a review that said that this was "obviously a studio track with audience overdubs." It sounds pretty raw (and pretty addictive/fucking awesome) to me.
@CHC4669 - Hi, I totally agree. I actually bought this album back in '80 because I liked the album cover and I never expected to pick up such a gem. The first two albums were also unbelievable with Holdsworth and Bruford. Take care.
Awsome song.... Awesome band.... Too bad UK was so short lived.... Top notch musicianship. To some degree they didn't appeal to a mainstream audience. They didn't have commercially viable "hit singles" to get them the airplay and publicity they so rightly deserved. A neighbor turned me on to UK when they first came out. I was already familiar with the members being I was a fan of Yes, King Crimson, Frank Zappa, etc.
I ordered the CD from Amazon a few years ago. Upon receipt, the cover art/ packaging was correct but the CD was a completely different artist. Laffed My f'ing A Off. I resorted to finding a torrent file of the album on Demono*d and just downloading it.
The Jobson's solo of the Hammond organ in the middle of the song, worth the entire song...
After 35 years this still holds up very nice! One of those songs you just don't get tired of!
Remember when i was 16 years old at my musiciens freinds place. Always love this song !!! Cool to listening one more time !
Ok. This is it. The best progressive record ever made. I have this on Vinyl/LP and wow....just WOW!
It's not the best, but it's a classic record in progressive Rock!
I had it too when I was 14...
Enjoy it
Alfa Rock 105.7 (Puerto Rico radio station) used to play this song a lot, really brings me good memories.
This is a wonderful song.
Eddie Jobson. Keyboard genius!

Yep, great track. Now I'm looking for U.K. - Night After Night full album.
All the tracks, as well as the tracks from the 2 studio albums, are in my UK playlist.

Yeah, I know, there were commercial times... But this song is one of these I still listen to pleasantly...
Brilliant!!!
The Hammond B3 Rules! I Love Eddies solo in this song , simple yet totally awesome.

I agree with you! The best!!!!
i love the songs of uk, i sow this tour and i am looking for live videos of this amazing band
Eddie Jobson was one of the most talented keyboardists in music history. I was always sick of hearing Rick Wakeman's name again and again.
This never got any airplay, except in Puerto Rico
This song was played at Alfa Rock 105.7 was my first known rock song
Yes it is great!.

@PurpleFade10 see: I said that was Bozzio and not Bruford on traps...I know my Boz versus Bru sounds and styles...even on Danger Money, right?
Great sound quality! What is the release source? I have read that the latest CD remasters are poor.... Not the case here.
The genius behind the band was Eddie Jobson
Terry Bozzio es el baterista de este disco??
Si!
Yes
buena
Alfa Rock in Puerto Rico played this quite a bit...
@ReneeNme and ?
Terry Bozzio should now work with Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson
Interesting!
