He has been a very nice judge all along...his famous decision was in 2007 when he acknowledged that the huge expenses claimed by girls side need to be probed by IT department for checking the funds source and any tax evasions by girls parents..This was a judgement in Delhi High court and is frequently referenced as a landmark judgement
No point in saying it Sir... there are no takers. 498A and more dangerously DV Act, Maintenance laws are randomly misused and reached its peak that has created not only havoc but families are dying , committing suicide - but there are no changes and there will not be any change due to " foreign funding" and strong ecosystem. Sir, inspite you being such a man of wisdom as reflected in your past judgements , you could not make it to the Supreme Court. Why? The answer is interrelated to why things will not change but rather worsen in India....
I am surprised that why everyone silent about gender neutral laws 😞 It's time to rise voice for equal protection of law and orders for men and women in society🧐 otherwise misuse of baised laws create an unimaginable terrifying future which destroys humanity totally 😮💨😮💨😭
Bcz men are busy in doing simping and women are selfish they only come out of rabbit hole when they find that govt and their simp male are providing them pampered facilities after getting that facilities they go back again into hole but here outside hole their simp are not able analyse ki unka kaat liya Gaya hai , they himself not getting single law or empowerment or any facilities even in name of human but they are busy in shouting prevailages for women 😂😂 foolish men
