Hi David, it was fairly straightforward I set off from Poolsbrook country park caravan and motorhome site and followed the path behind the reception building for a short distance then turn right at a junction with the main trail. The rest of the way is signposted rother valley country park where there is a junction. It's a very easy ride that's not too long. At Rothervalley country park there is a wide tarmac path that goes all the way around the lakes and there's a good cafe there. Hope this is useful.
