Meet Princess Red. In my humble opinion, this is one of the best songs and best scenes and the best characters from this movie. She is absolutely gorgeous, her voice is beautiful, I LOVE this costume, with the mask and the hood. That is not a look I have seen from Descendants before and it gives her an air of elegance and mystique. That gorgeous shade of red is phenomenal on her and really makes her pop onscreen compared to a lot of the other characters who are styled in cooler blues and greens. And I liked that she wasn't Mal 2.0. She had her own identity and her own journey and it felt very heartfelt and sincere. I also loved the Queen of Hearts and her costuming. That crown was gorgeous...MUCH, MUCH better than the ugly, plastic thing Prince Ben wore in the first movie. Clearly, they had more money for this movie, and it shows in the quality of the songs, the costuming, the animation, all of it.
In 2019 Kylie Cantrall also does a reprise of calling all the monsters that China Anne McClain originally made and performed for Disney during Halloween in 2011

There's not only going to a DESCENDANTS 4 but there's also going to be a Z-O-M-B-I-E-S 4. You probably don't know the Z-O-M-B-I-E-S franchise, but it is very good as well. There's also a Re-Animated Series too. Unfortunately Z4 is coming out in 2025. And there will be 2 types of Vampires.
I recommend you listen to Uma's rendition of "What's My Name" in this movie, as well as Brandi and her Prince's rendition of "So This Is Love." Both were beautiful and I appreciated the respectful nod to the original Cinderella and Prince's song as they danced at their ball. Brandi, of course, is a beautiful Queen Ella. I loved her in the blue, with the glass slippers. And I liked that she DIDN'T bend the knee to the Queen of Hearts.
