I do this all the time… and can even bend my leg on more of a 90 degree angle to the left. It’s comfortable and really helps to stretch. I do not block the drivers side mirror, and have the rear mirror visible. The right foot is always on the brake and accelerator... and I do have positive control of my vehicle. Oh and, how many people use turn signals to change lanes? I still do even with my foot out the window.
You can ask nicely for people to not do potentially harmful things... But that doesn't mean you'll get what you want. Not to mention - if it's not illegal .... 😂 Good luck. It's like trying to get a kid to stop leaning back in their chair.... Usually the only way for that to happen is if they fall. Even then it's not necessarily guaranteed.
They don’t listen until they are literally dead or extremely hurt. It’s so careless. My friend does this and I keep telling him to not do it, and he doesn’t take it seriously at all. If he breaks his legs or gets hurt, obviously I’ll be worried about him but also angry how he could be so careless. I don’t want him to get hurt.

What about handicapped drivers? If they can drive with no hands or no feet surely i can drive with both hands and 1 foot unless im in a standard lol
