The vlogs where you take us with you to do chores / errands are so relaxing :') Also dude thank you for being so open and candid, as a fellow aussie gal the same age as you who's also been dealing with chronic illness the past few years that doctors still can't seem to help, and have been forced to live mainly in isolation because of it - i can't believe your channel popped up on my feed just when i was about to give up. You've singlehandedly inspired me to to start slowly going on walks when my health allows (which sounds chill but for someone who's been bedridden for years due to chronic illness was a biiiig phobia / mental barrier to get over just to get out the door!) Because of you and your vids i've slowly managed to build up my confidence over the past few months and on my best day I managed to achieve walking 10km! Sending good vibes & good luck to you (and anyone reading this!) for the new year :~)
@@peacefulmountain of course!! I’m so happy to hear that my videos have helped you! I hope you’re doing okay, it can be so challenging but just keep taking it one day at a time. Walking is the best 👍🏼 I love putting on a podcast or music or even RUclips and just zoning out and getting some exercise in. Plus it’s great for the mind. Sending my love! ❤️
Wow, I’ve been loving this series! Leslie, your outlook and deep gratitude on life is SO inspiring! You will get better. You will see brighter days! Thank you for sharing your life with us ❤
Loving the health diary :) It makes me so happy that everything is working out for you. For next episodes, can you share more about the vision board you have in the back? It would be very helpful!
i want to tell how much u change my mind in me loving myself and changing my life thank you so much for all the hope u share in ur videos. when i reach my goal i will make sure you will know about it ,with all the love and hopes to find u well healthy and happy the next time i write for u here .
Hello leslie I am so happy for you you look really happy. I am french and following your for a while now. You are right to live like that . Thanks for sharing it
I've never read any Stephen King books but I've watched several movies based on them like The Shawshank Redemption, The Shining, The Green Mile, IT, etc, great movies
I left a comment on your last video and I don't know if YT blocked it because it was longer but I'll re-share a condensed version here. I would look into people such as Mikhaila Peterson who had severe autoimmune and gut issues and how she healed it with a specific elimination diet. It's worth a shot because there's 1000's of people doing the same thing now and finding that it's turning their health around. Also, I can't wait to see how you what color you paint the walls!
Thank you for commenting again - and yes! I looked into her this year. I did all sorts of crazy diets to see what my body liked and didn't like and her's was one of them. I only lasted two weeks as its a carnivore diet and my body had been through so much at that time - however I would try it again. I've read her story its quite interesting. Thank you for reminding me about that
