Thanks for coming back, you are one of my favorites on YT. I’m passing the word to get some more subscribers for you. Stay positive, I know you will grow.
It’s a bit chicken and egg isn’t it, you need consistency to gain subscribers, and subscribers to warrant consistency, we love ya vids and would love to follow your progress, please stick with us I am sure the channel will grow massively, it certainly has the potential to!! 🫡👏👍
I'm really excited about watching again. I like the drone footage, it gives a great perspective of what you are up against and how much you've done. You also get to see the layout better. 👍❤️
That'll be such a lovely place to relax in. Imagine the sun light coming through the trees, the sound of the river, a bbq, some wine and a few friends. I'm quite jealous actually 😂 You're a lucky man Rich
I'm so pleased you're back sharing the work at the moulin with us all. Chin up, the subscribers & viewers will come - absolutely love the work you're doing and have faith that more will, too!
WOOHOO! Love see the aerial view in timelapse of the excavator around the MILL! Very park-esque! Must be nice taking the kid or the dogs out there for a repreive from the renovations inside. I am EXCITED for ya!
Lots of RUclipsrs make good money from posting weekly restoration videos it helps fund the project!, good decision with restoring the barn saving money on rented don't forget to bring the swimming pool back ;-) another great video.
Thanks Phil, sadly the money we get from RUclips for each video (around €120 per video) at the moment isn't enough to really justify the time spent filming and editing. There are other potential revenue streams such slas patreon so we may have to resort to these to make it work.
I will never understand why someone who steals from churches has 500K subscribers while someone who is doing honest work on a lovely old building only has 10K.
What a lovely garden you will have! Watching your digger hustle around so quickly brought to mind one of my favorite books as a child, Mike Mulligan and his Steam Shovel. Her name was Mary Ann, and she was black and red, much like her digger. The book was reissued in 1967, so I could have it for my boys, and now I read it to my grandchildren. I think I'll run a bit of this video to show what Mary Ann may have looked like. Thanks.
What a lovely grassy space you've created, and it looks like the barn will also make a great living space (from the tiny glance we got). Glad you are making such progress with your new plans.
Beautiful I'm so glad I waited 9 months you to come back, loved the one where you took down the 3 chimney stacks,ps the grass looks great, obviously well worth the hard work to tidy it up,👍
Wow! Your digger got a good workout and the results look fantastic. Hope you had lots of tea breaks during all the hard work. 😂Lovely to see back. Cheers Sue from a very 🥵 Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺
Fantastic to see you back at the videos. I've enjoyed the earlier work and was happy to see you pop up again. You have an excellent project with some unique opportunities. I'm very interested to see how you get on. You are also clearly a pro who knows his way around a variety of skills to a high level and that's always enjoyable to watch, so thanks for sharing that part of yourself. If I could provide one bit of advice that I expect will help here over time: Set up a Patreon! Yes, it will require a little bit more effort, but you will see the benefits quickly. You deserve some help. You aren;t just doing a project for yourself, but you are informing and entertaining a global audience. Let us help you by paying to support the effort!!
Space and water for growing all sorts! Are you guys planning on an area for vegetables? If so, do you have to test the soil as the site has a semi-industrial past?
Always love you work the videos are great You have so much to do on the mill site plus when it floods and unloads more rubbish on you property don’t help. 18 minutes a good length video it is lots of work you got done in this video but it all pays off in the end
Bonjour Jérôme. RUclips a lancé une nouvelle fonction de doublage automatique. Vous pouvez sélectionner le français parmi les pistes audio. N'hésitez pas à me faire savoir si cela fonctionne !
Hi Dirk that's a good spot. The large stones were the foundation stones that were from the original, much larger, moulin that once stood on the grounds.
I have been wondering if the moulin has water rights. Guessing by the amount of water that goes thru you should get at least 10 kW of electrical power. This would make you independent and lower you costs.
Bonjour Stéphanie Je crois que RUclips a ajouté une fonction où ma voix a été doublée. Essayez de regarder dans les paramètres de l'application/site RUclips et voyez si cela peut être changé 👍.

It is so wonderful to have you back at it. You and your family have been sorely missed.
The amount of water going by either side is mind-blowing. What a magical place.❤️
Organization of the open area and leveling of the dirt and it’s a beautiful area now with grass. Spectacular thank you for sharing.❤
Love 💗 the garden area you created 🍀

I bet that was very satisfying work with the digger, looks great with the grass growing.
Keep them coming. It great to watch someone who is an experienced builder dealing with the challenges of renovating an old building.

Love you guys! You are so down to earth and relatable. So glad you are back.
What a useful beast that digger is. Lots of work, but at least not back breaking, and a very satisfying end result.
You're a whiz with that machine! Impressive!
You handle the digger as if it is an extension of your body. Spectacular! So enjoyed your video.
What a gorgeous transformation of your garden! Good work. Welcome back.

A little jealous. Wish I had such a special place worth fixing. Beautiful video. Keep up the hard work, the filming and the talking.

Are you allowed to have an open fire to burn all the brush and scrap wood?
Hello William no unfortunately only the farmers are allowed to burn in France.
Great video, loved the music choice. Were the large stones from early in the video ruins from some prior construction? If so do you know from what?
Hi Dirk that's a good spot. The large stones were the foundation stones that were from the original, much larger, moulin that once stood on the grounds.
@moulinroche Oh very cool. Maybe they'll be an opportunity to re-use some of them in the future.
I have been wondering if the moulin has water rights. Guessing by the amount of water that goes thru you should get at least 10 kW of electrical power. This would make you independent and lower you costs.

See you this evening 😁
Bonjours ca serait possible de mettre les sous titres svp merci et bonne continuation
