Think I saw a Timberline hydronic system on Agile Off Road that they mounted under the hood in a Sprinter to give heat and hot water but to also as an option to recirculate hot water through the Sprinter engine for those cold climates.......seems like something you need for a trip like that.
With a system like that you would be starting a warm motor when you first get up in the morning.
