Ride Along: State Patrol enforces HOV lanes around Tacoma

Washington State Patrol Trooper Shannon McKenzie says the number one complaint the patrol receives are about HOV lane violators. The News Tribune joins him as he patrols Interstate 5 through Tacoma watching for those attempting to skirt the law.
