Prefect just wrap with hay sting, twine to secure it an t post cap from tractor supply 🚜 to prevent injuries if the rub their head or neck on top of the t post..until Lester has time to pull that t post out with the tractor
They are also awesome for use on a medical bed to wrap the bars. I used them for my mom's bed and the visiting nurses and live in loved the idea. They told me they suggested the pool noodles to their other clients.
They're also good for table and chair legs. A friend of mine put them on her coffee table and dining room table and chairs because she has a dog that is blind.
JL Ranch has now become a rescue sanctuary and is saving lots more lives! So very happy there are 3 properties to move our babies when needed. Healing vibes and positive vibes sent for everyone and everything. 💜💙💜
The horses look so happy there. Y’all may need to build yourself a little house on the property and move all the babies there some day. It’s so beautiful and so much room for them to run and play.
I think it's the best place for the Cow's, Horse's and even the Pony, but LHL's is still the place for the Goats to live their best life. In my opinion.
I seen four amazingly thrilled horses and one amazingly thrilled pony running free over that pasture. The freedom I seen in them was actually beautiful to witness! It had to be such a difficult, but totally selfless and caring decision to move the horses to a safer place. It’s a true blessing that you and the horses have the opportunity to offer them a safer place. We know it makes your heart heavy, as it truly made our hearts burst with joy, to see the pleasure that it brought to you when the horses were moved to LHL’s. So sorry to hear about Voo’s mishap, but if horse heads are anything like humans, the extreme number of blood vessels in their head, makes heads bleed more profusely and even a small wound can seem much worse than it is, simply because of the blood supply that surrounds that area. Each one of your babies couldn’t be in better hands, than with you and Lester. Your care and concern for them, extends so much farther than most and your love and kindness is unmatched. Kinda glad to hear you’re moving into the home-away-from-home you have at J❤️L’s because as the saying goes, “A change can be as good as a rest” and heaven knows, both you and Lester are in much need of some extra rest, both mentally and physically, so I hope this will help, if even just a little. Positive thoughts and prayers are always being sent your way. Stay safe you two....😊💕

Yes! These beautiful people pour their resources into ever more property and structures for their animals. Just think of all the lovely material wealth they could have used for themselves. They have chosen instead to enjoy Golden Corral, gardening and making sure their animals have a beautiful and safe place to call home. That is so admirable and unselfish of them. How many folks have their priorities established the same, I wonder? But in doing so they are happy, money has in this case bought them love❤️

I loved seeing the Horses at LHL's, until I saw how happy they all were at the J & L. Just maybe that's where they should be, with Voo's, Bucees and even the Pony Ivy's age that is probably a better terrain for them to be on. Just think how much fun Storm and Rita can have, With so much flat area to run. I bet they look BEAUTIFUL running across that Big open space! 💞🌞

Will you be bringing the round pen over to this flat land? Would be a better place for doing the lunging, IMO. Sorry that the weather has pushed the "timeline", but, so glad that the horses now have a GREAT area to run.....Hope Voodoo doesn't have too bad of a headache. This is the best solution for the horses. I think you may want to keep them there for a while. It'll give the pastures at LHL time to heal and grow. Chances are that this will be another scorching hot summer, and now you guys don't have to worry about the lack of rain, lack of pasture to graze, possibly having to dry lot the horses again... Now, all that will be grazing there is a handful of donkeys, the pigs, the ostriches, the alpacas, and the remaining goats (who will be doing more browsing than grazing). The J&L Ranch is such a Godsend, and I'm so happy that you acquired it just at the right time.

I use pool noodles for winter to save my wipers with the snow and frozen wet ice

This is the best solution for the horses. I think you may want to keep them there for a while. It'll give the pastures at LHL time to heal and grow. Chances are that this will be another scorching hot summer, and now you guys don't have to worry about the lack of rain, lack of pasture to graze, possibly having to dry lot the horses again...
Now, all that will be grazing there is a handful of donkeys, the pigs, the ostriches, the alpacas, and the remaining goats (who will be doing more browsing than grazing). The J&L Ranch is such a Godsend, and I'm so happy that you acquired it just at the right time.

I am so sorry for the horrific mess at LHL, mother nature is Bipolar. The horses are so beautiful running free at JL Ranch like a bunch of 1st graders being let loose on the pray ground. I could just sit and watch them all day. Thank God you have the JL Ranch. Sending prayers and lots of love
