We've worked with him on the Jim Crow and another mine, and are collaborating on reopening work. I have a video on my channel taken underground at the Crow when it was operating in 2019. Remember that the MRDS/TheDiggings/Western Mining History information is often several decades old. There are miles of development at the Summit Mine from the 2008-2014 period when it most recently operated. The 1000' number is probably from the 70s. The Carlisle was last worked in the 1990s (by Royal Minerals, I believe). The flooded decline you explored was driven around then using rubber-tire equipment.
