I tell ya it’s been a year since i shot it and shooting low recoil short actions all year for competition I forgot how much dang recoil the 270 has lol
Seat them to the cannelure. 99% of the time that’s the OAL the Hornady manual specifies. With .270, I get the best groups close to max charge. Even at 60 grains of H4831, you’re a good bit below max pressure. I use the 140 grain SST’s. Love .270!

In your GRT, did you change your cartridge overall length to match your 3.210"? That may have affected your OBT numbers.
I did not and that is very possible that it could have I will have to check
Get good groups with that powder but velocity is 200 fps slower that published
