Its not a matter of loyalty, all of the issues you mentioned are because of the way we are brought up. Our culture (or lack there of) is to blame. We dont feel any discomfort when we see extreme poverty or garbage in the streets or intolerance/injustice in our society. Our parents and teachers never taught us the importance of being a good citizen and a good human being. Yeh duniya to faani hai boss, jaana to humain Janat mein hai.

It’s not about loyalty. Countries do not run on loyalty. We need legislation on the micro level. We need law that can adapt and change to facilitate the citizens and we need strict implementation of it.
Karachi needs to be run by local Karachiites (which ever race / ethnicity) they belong to. We don’t want police from interior Sindh and Punjabi who treat Karachi like Dubai.

It is a terrible state of affairs. We always tend to point fingers at others without being accountable for our own actions. It is a shameful behaviour which only a nation with basic shame and decency can feel. We neither have shame nor decency. Pakistan is the 8th on the list most at-risk countries due to climate change. It is creating health issues for communities who cannot afford basic health services. The floods last year wrecked havoc for communities. Pregnant women were left without basic health services. The rich can afford SUVs and other fancy cars. They should be taxed heavily. It is the rich who bear the biggest responsibility for the mess we are in, not the poor!
Poor is only there to suffer and die. It is shameful.

This is not just one story; many people do the same. How many educated people have kids? None or very few. For example, I'm 34 and still single, while most educated people have 2 or 3 kids and
they educate their children. However, the fruit seller just keeps having kids and neglects them. Why not ask them to stop having children and contributing to the population increase? Because of them, there are fewer jobs, and it's hard for educated individuals to get married. This cycle is destroyed because of their actions.

I disagree with your opinion. The problem you raised are correct but the solution is regulations. When government mark proper parking spaces and start giving heavy fines on irregular traffic and wrong parking then people will avoid doing wrong. Also, Gov should invest in efficient modern transportation system just like Dubai Metro, it will help people to commute to their destination and eventually reduce traffic in the city. Footpaths are not properly built and there is no regulations for shops and carts who put their showcase on footpaths. Eventually it’s regulation that is not implemented in this country.

I respectfully disagree with your opinion, curtailing economic activities would be disastrous, building of individual houses compared to apartment houses gives more employment, bigger cars should be taxed more so with money earned infrastructure can be build. Yes The implementation of tax collection has to be improved. Free economy helps more then controlled economy where government tells you what to do or what not to do... government is facilitator and policy maker. Goverment should not decide what kind of house you live in and what kind of cars you drive. It can modify behaviour with policy and not by issuing a decree.
