- San Manuel Chief Judge Claudette White and Youth Committee Members brought the issue of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG) to the forefront during the 2019 San Manuel Pow Wow with a special exhibit, the Red Ribbon Dress Special. The dance raised awareness of the MMIWG crisis and honored the Native women and girls confronting this issue. #MMIW #SanManuelPowWow
MotherEarth’s keepers, we love our culture
Throughout Canada, too😔
Heart wrenching. Sharing this. Love the fierceness of these young women.,
This is truly sad. Missing indigenous women are not even statistically counted as a missing population/group. This does need to change.
PLEASE share and stop this horrible thing happening to our fellow humans
Thanks we need that that what gave us life
Sharing. This is a symptom of a greater ill in our society. It may start with our Native American communities but doesn't end there. You are on the right track to bring awareness to this issue. Hope things get better.
Yeah violence against women is a huge cultural issue being ignored. Covid covid covid well some of us are more worried about being murdered than catching a flu.
Native American women wear different colors dressing when they dance always be kind and respect them as a kind person they are smart women it's just break my heart when they get hurt they are the most beautiful women in world I wouldn't mind if I was there kind friend if you know your self you'll know you got a kind heart
A'ho!!❤
This breaks my heart. I will pass on the word. This old white guy will do what I can. Stop the hate.
The granite "wall" with names & dates will bust the mystery wide open!!! Look into it?
